Kokemuksia maatilan sukupolvenvaihdoksesta

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tutkia, kuinka maatilan sukupolvenvaihdos tehtiin kohdetilalla. Tavoitteena oli kertoa yleisiä käsitteitä ja sukupolvenvaihdoksen eri vaiheita. Kohdetilan sukupolvenvaihdos tehtiin syksyllä 2018, ja siihen varattiin riittävästi aikaa. Opinnäytetyössä haluttiin tuoda kokemuksia maatilan sukupolvenvaihdoksesta esille ja saada tietoa tuleville viljelijöille. Työssä haluttiin kertoa sukupolvenvaihdoksen kokemuksista, kun maatilan sukupolvenvaihdos on tehty. Opinnäytetyö oli kvalitatiivinen tutkimus, eli niin sanottu laadullinen tutkimus. Tämä opinnäytetyö oli tapaustutkimus, jossa selvitettiin, kuinka kohdetilan sukupolvenvaihdos onnistui, sekä mitä erilaisia vaiheita sukupolvenvaihdos sisältää. Opinnäytetyön tekijä perehtyi kohdetilan sukupolvenvaihdokseen, sekä nuoren yrittäjän kokemuksiin Ja kertoi sen perusteella nuoren yrittäjän kokemuksia tällaisesta isosta projektista. Lisäksi kerrottiin, kuinka kohdetilan sukupolvenvaihdos eteni ja minkälainen projekti se kokonaisuudessaan oli. Kohdetilalla saatiin todella hyviä kokemuksia onnistuneesta sukupolvenvaihdoksesta. Vastoinkäymisistä huolimatta luopujan ja jatkajan vahva tahto tilatoiminnan jatkamiseen mahdollisti onnistuneen sukupolvenvaihdoksen. Nuorelta yrittäjältä saatiin todella hyvää ja arvokasta tietoa sukupolvenvaihdoksen eri vaiheista. Lisäksi opinnäytetyössä kerrottiin tärkeistä käsitteistä, verotuksesta ja nuoren viljelijän aloitustuesta. Jatkajan suuri mielenkiinto mahdollisti tilanpidon aloittamisen.

In addition, the thesis described important concepts, taxation and setting-up support for a young farmer. The follower’s great interest in continuing the farm contributed to success.
