Mielenterveyttä tukemassa : Tuotteistettu palveluopas nuorten ohjautumiseen mielenterveyttä tukeviin palveluihin Lapinlahdella

Abstract

Toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa tuotteistettu palveluopas (liite 4) Lapinlah-den kunnan alueella asuville nuorille. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteina oli tukea lapinlahtelaisten nuorten mielenterveyspalveluihin ohjautumista, helpottaa nuorten pääsyä tuen ja palvelujen piiriin sekä lisätä nuorten psyykkistä hyvinvointia Lapinlahdella.

Oppaan valmistamiseen on hyödynnetty Jämsä ja Mannisen (2000) osaamisen tuotteistamisen prosessia. Prosessi sisältää viisi eri vaihetta: kehittämistarpeen tunnistaminen, ideavaihe, tuotteen luonnosteluvaihe sekä tuotteen kehittelyvaihe ja viimeistelyvaihe. Opinnäytetyömme sisältää kaksi osuutta. Palveluoppaan sekä raportointiosuuden, jossa kuvaamme opinnäytetyöprosessia sekä työskentelyä.

Tarkoituksena oli esitellä nuorille avun hakemisen väyliä mielenterveyttä tukeviin palveluihin Lapin-lahdella. Tavoitteena oli myös, että nuoret saavat tietoa Lapinlahdella järjestettävistä mielenterve-ys- ja hyvinvointipalveluista sekä yleisimmistä nuoruusiän mielenterveyshäiriöistä

Tuotteistettu palveluopas sisältää tietoa yleisimmistä mielenterveysongelmista nuoruudessa sekä Lapinlahden kunnan alueella järjestettävien nuorille suunnattujen mielenterveyttä tukevia palvelui-ta. Opas sisältää myös joitakin valtakunnallisia auttavia puhelinnumeroita ja Internet-sivustoja.

The intention of this thesis was to produce a commoditized service guide book (inclusion 3) for young people living in the municipality of Lapinlahti. The objective of this thesis was to support the young people of Lapinlahti in seeking mental health guidance in the municipality, ease young people's access support and services as well as increase the psychological wellfare of young people in Lapinlahti.

The guide book has been produced by making use of the Jämsä and Mannisen (2000) know-how commotized process. The process includes five different stages:- recognizing the need for development, idea stage, sketching out of the product stage as well as the development stage and finished product stage. Our thesis includes two parts:- the guide book and a report in which we describe the process of doing the thesis.

The objective was to present channels for seeking help for the young people on Lapinlahti. The aim was also that young people would get more information about the mental health and well-being service in Lapinlahti as well the more common mental health disorders in adoles-cence.

The commonditized service guide book includes information on the most common mental health problems in youth as well as services organized for and supporting mental health for young people in Lapinlahti. The guide book also includes some national helpline phone num-bers ang Internet pages.
