Ohjausmateriaali perhevalmennukseen

Abstract

Tuotimme terveydenhoitotyön opinnäytetyönä ohjausmateriaalin perhevalmennukseen tuotekehityspro-sessi menetelmällä. Materiaali on tarkoitettu työvälineeksi perhevalmennusta ohjaaville terveydenhoitajille. Opinnäytetyömme on luonteva jatko sairaanhoitajaopinnäytetyönä tekemällemme oppaalle lääkkeettömistä kivunlievitysmenetelmistä synnytyskivunhoidossa.

Tuotekehitysprosessin ideavaiheessa saimme apua äitiysneuvolan terveydenhoitajalta ja hänen avullaan päädyimme valitsemaamme opinnäytetyön toteutustapaan. Valmiin tuotteen esitestasimme perheval-mennuksessa 27.10.2010.

Ohjausmateriaalin tuotimme diasarjana PowerPoint muotoon. Valmistamassamme 20-sivuisessa materi-aalissa käsittelemme lyhyesti 12 lääkkeetöntä kivunlievitysmenetelmää, jotka ovat käytössä Savonlinnan keskussairaalassa.

Valmistamamme ohjausmateriaali luovutetaan Savonlinnan alueen neuvoloiden terveydenhoitajille ja he voivat halutessaan päivittää tuotteen tietoja sekä käyttää sitä luentomateriaalina perhevalmennuksessa.

At thesis for a degree in public health care we produced councelling material for family training by using the method of product development. The material is meant to be used as a working tool for public health nurses who work with family coaching. Our thesis is a natural continuation for the thesis for registered nurse degree studies. The previous thesis was a guide leaflet about non-drug pain alleviating methods in treating labour pain.

When working with the idea of the product development process we were advised by a public health nurse at the maternity clinic and with her help we made the final decision on how to accomplish our thesis. Our product was pretested in a family coaching session on October 27, 2010.

The guiding material was launched as a PowerPoint slideshow. The material consisted of 20 pages in which we briefly covered 12 different non-drug ways to alleviate pain, all of which are commonly used in the central hospital of Savonlinna.

The councelling material we produced will be given to the public health nurses of the maternity clinics in the area of Savonlinna and if they wish they can update the information of this material and use it as lecture material in their family coaching sessions.
