Palokatkosuunnitelma betonirunkoinen kerrostalo

Abstract

Tässä opinnäytetyössä käsitellään palokatkosuunnitelmaa. Työ käsittelee suunnitelman sisältöä ja esitystapaa. Opinnäytetyössä kerrotaan lisäksi palokatkosuunnittelijan pätevyysvaatimuksesta. Työssä esitetään sellaisia palokatkoja ja niiden asennusohjeita, joita kohdetyömaalla pääasiassa oli. Tuotteet joita on esitelty työssä, on valittu eri valmistajien valikoimista sattumanvaraisesti.Opinnäytetyössä on käytetty lähteinä kaupallisten toimijoiden palokatko-oppaita, suomen palokatko-yhdistys ry:n palokatko-opasta sekä RIL 270-2018 palokatkojen suunnittelu, toteu-tus ja huoltoa käsittelevään kirjaan. Opinnäytetyön tuloksena esittelen betonirunkoisen kerrostalon yleisimmin käytetyt osastoivien rakenteiden läpivientien palokatkot sekä vaihtoehtoisia ratkaisuja samojen läpivientien toteuttamiseksi.

In the thesis a firestop plan was studied. The thesis focused on the content and the presentation style of the plan. Competence requirements for Firestop Planners were also explained in the thesis. The thesis presented the most common fire stops and the installation instructions for firestops on a worksite. The products introduced in the thesis were chosen randomly from different manufacturers’ assortments. The sources of the thesis were firestop guides of commercial operators, the firestop guide of Finnish Firestop Assosiation and the publication RIL 270-2018 by Finnish Assosiation of Civil Engineers containing instructions to plan, implement and maintain firestops.

As a result of the thesis the most common firestops used in concrete framed multistorey buildings in service penetrations of firewalls were introduced. Also different allowable options to make service penetrations through these firewalls were introduced.
