Tunne Jumalasi, tunne itsesi: Nuorten aikuisten leiri Ilmajoen seurakunnassa

Abstract

Opinnäytetyö käsittelee Ilmajoen seurakunnassa syksyllä 2018 toteutettua nuorille aikuisille suunnattua leiriä. Opinnäytetyöhön kuuluu teoriaosuus ja toiminnallinen osuus. Opinnäytetyön liitteenä olevassa materiaalipaketissa on erilaisia toimintaideoita ja hartauksia leiriin liittyen. Teoriaosuudessa käydään käpi nuorten aikuisten leirityötä, spiritualiteettia ja tunnetaitoja. Materiaalipakettia voi jokainen työntekijä soveltaa omaan työhönsä.

Opinnäytetyön hankkeistajana toimi Ilmajoen seurakunta. Toteutuksessa oli mukana kaksi seurakunnan työntekijää. Kehittämistehtävinä oli lisätä nuorten aikuisten seurakuntatoimintaa ja edistää tunnetaitokasvatusta. Kehittämistehtävät toteutuivat hyvin ja onnistumista arvioitiin pyytämällä sekä kirjallista että suullista palautetta leiriläisiltä.

The thesis topic is a camp arranged for young adults by the parish of Ilmajoki in the autumn 2018. The thesis includes a theoretical and a functional part. There is an attachement which has ideas for different kinds of activities and services for the camp. The theoretical part includes discussion oncamp work for young adults, spirituality and emotial skills. Every employee can use this material and adjust it into their own work.

The project was commisioned by the Ilmajoki parish and there were two employees were included in the project. The development tasks were to the increase amount of activities for young adults in the parish and also improve the education of emotional skills. The set goals for the development tasks were reached and the evaluation of them was based on written and spoken feedback from the campers themselves.
