Perehdytysopas Vivagon käyttöön

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli luoda perehdytysopas Vivagon käyttöön ja tavoitteena oli, että henkilökunta osaa käyttää järjestelmää päivittäisessä hoitotyössään. Opinnäytetyömme tilaajana toimi yksityinen hoiva-alan yritys ja työ toteutettiin yhteistyössä Länsi-Suomessa sijaitsevassa hoivakodissa, joka tuottaa ikäihmisille tehostettua palveluasumista. Yhteistyöhoivakodissa on käytössä Vivagon ratkaisu, joka on kehitetty ikäihmisten ja tehostettua seurantaa vaativien asiakkaiden tueksi. Opinnäytetyön teoreettisessa osuudessa käsittelimme hyvinvointiteknologiaa, vuorokausirytmiä, perehdyttämisprosessia sekä Vivago Oy:tä. Teoreettisessa osuudessa käsittelimme myös projektin menetelmiä, osaamiskartoitusta ja oppaanlaadintaa. Opas toteutettiin toiminnallisena opinnäytetyönä, ja tuotoksena on 25 sivuinen perehdytysopas Vivagon käyttöön. Oppaan työstämisen aloitimme kartoittamalla yhteistyöhoivakodin henkilökunnan osaamista osaamiskartoitus kyselyllä. Osaamiskartoituksen pohjalta aloitimme oppaan kokoamisen. Opas koottiin Word tekstinkäsittelyohjelmalla. Oppaan visuaalinen ilme koostui pääosin kuvamateriaalista ja selkeistä, yksinkertaisista sanallisista ohjeista. Oppaassa käsittelimme myös vuorokausirytmiä sekä kirjaamista. Opas valmistui syksyllä 2019. Opas esiteltiin koulutuksen muodossa hoivakodin henkilökunnalle ja tilaajan edustajalle. Oppaasta toivottiin palautetta ja oppaan toimivuutta kartoitettiin lisäksi vapaaehtoisella palautekyselyllä, joka toteutettiin pilotoinnin jälkeen. Oppaan jalkauttaminen hoivakotiin onnistui hyvin. Henkilökunta koki oppaan selkeäksi ja helpoksi käyttää. Suullisen ja kirjallisen palautekyselyn mukaan opas on hyvä tietopaketti, mistä on apua henkilökunnalle arjen hoitotyössä. Tilaajan edustaja arvioi oppaan tarpeelliseksi ja toimivaksi. Opas tullaan ottamaan aktiiviseen käyttöön myös uusien työntekijöiden ja opiskelijoiden perehdytyksessä. Tulevaisuuden haasteena on, oppaan vaikea päivitettävyys Vivago ratkaisun versiopäivitysten myötä.

The purpose of this thesis was to create the orientation guide using Vivago and it was as an objective that the staff can use the system in its daily nursing. As the orderer of our thesis the private company of the care field served, and the work was carried out in a cooperating elderly nursing home which is in western Finland and produces intensified service living to the old people. In the cooperating nursing home is using a Vivago solution which has been developed to support the old peo-ple and customers who require an intensified follow-up. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we dealt with the welfare technology, diurnal rhythm, an initiating process and Vivago Oy. In the same part we also processed the methods of the project, know-how charting and guide compilation. The guide was carried out as a functional thesis and the 25-page orientation guide into using Vivago. We began working on the guide by charting the cooperating nursing home’s staff’s know-how with a skill inquiry. Based on the skill inquiry we began assembling the guide. The guide was assembled with a text processing program, Word. The guide's visual appearance consisted of mainly picture material and clear simple verbal instructions. In the guide, we also dealt with the diurnal rhythm and recording the nursing. The guide was completed in the autumn of 2019. The guide was introduced to the staff of the elderly nursing home and to the orderer’s representative, in a form of a training. Feedback about the guide was hoped, and functionality of the guide was also found out with a voluntary feedback inquiry, which was carried out after the piloting. Bringing the guide in to the elderly nursing home, succeeded well. The nursing staff experienced the guide clear and easy to use. According to an oral and written feedback inquiry, the guide is a good source of information, that is helpful for the staff in the daily nursing. The orderer’s representative estimated the guide to be necessary and functional. The guide will be brought into active use in the orientating of new workers and students. The challenge of the future is going to be the difficulty of updating the guide to match with updated version of the Vivago solution.
