Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa tilasuunnitelma turkulaiselle isännöintiyritykselle Turun Isännöintikeskukselle. Yrityksen tilat eivät palvelleet enää kasvanutta työntekijä määrää eivätkä työntekijöiden työntekoa. Tavoitteena oli suunnitella tilat, jotka palvelisivat asiakasta ja asiakkaan asiakkaita mahdollisimman hyvin. Työ alkaa asiakkaan tarpeiden ja toiminnan kartoittamisesta. Asiakkaan tarpeet ovat suunnitelmat lähtökohtana ja niitä on täydennetty havainnoinnin avulla. Tarvekartoituksen ja havainnoin lisäksi työssä tutustutaan lähemmin isännöitsijän ammattiin sekä eettisiin sääntöihin, jotka antavat suuntaa tilasuunnitelmalle. Lisäksi työssä pohditaan toimistotiloja monesta näkökulmasta. Opinnäytetyön tuotoksena on tilasuunnitelma kombikonttorista. Tilasuunnitelma sisältää uudet pohjaratkaisut, kalustepohjat sekä visualisoinnin. Työn tulos on asiakasta palveleva ja antaa hyvät tiedot toimistojen suunnitteluun. Tilat toteutetaan vuoteen 2012 mennessä.
