Häiriötietojen automaattituonti tuotannonohjausjärjestelmään

Abstract

Koskisen Oy:n lastulevytehtaan pinnoituslinjalla tapahtuu lastulevyjen pinnoitus kuumapuristimen avulla. Pinnoituslinjan toimintaa seurataan häiriönkeruujärjestelmän avulla, mikä on alun perin suoritettu manuaalisesti operaattoreiden avulla. Häiriönkeruussa ilmeni merkittäviä ongelmia, sillä suurin osa häiriöistä ja niiden kestoista jäi kirjaamatta ja näin ollen tarvittavaa tietoa puristimen toiminnasta ei saatu. Tässä opinnäytetyössä automatisoitiin pinnoituspuristimen häiriönkeruujärjestelmä ohjelmoitavan logiikan avulla. Pinnoituspuristimen häiriötiedot kerättiin logiikkaan ja luettiin Visual Studion häiriönsiirtoohjelmasta, joka oli tehty C#-ohjelmoinnilla. Häiriönsiirtoohjelma loi tekstitiedoston häiriöistä, jonka tuotannonohjausjärjestelmä luki ja jätti operaattorille kuitattavaksi.

Chipboards are coated by a heat press in the coating line of the chipboard mill of Koskisen Oy. Operations of the coating line are observed by an error logging system, which was originally performed manually by operators. Disturbances in the collection of data revealed significant problems, as most of the disturbances and their duration remained unrecognized and, therefore, necessary information from press operation could not be obtained. In this final year project the error logging system of the coating line was auto-mated by means of programmable logic. Interferences of the coating line were collected into the logic and were read from a Visual Studio error logging system, which was made by c#-programming.The error logging system created a text file, which was left open for operator confirmation by means of enterprise re-sourse planning system.
