Perehdyttäminen ja ohjaus ammatillisuuden tukena

Abstract

Tämän kehittämishankkeen tarkoituksena oli päivittää ja täydentää perehdyttämiskansiota. Lisäksi tavoitteenani oli koota tietoutta perehdyttämistä ja ohjaamista koskien kunnan työ-paikan perehdyttämistehtävän kehittämiseksi uusien työntekijöiden ja harjoittelijoiden avuksi sekä perehdyttäjien tueksi. Teoreettinen viitekehys oli pienen kaupungin sosiaalivirastossa tapahtuva perehdyttämis- ja ohjaustyö kunnan perehdyttämistehtävän erityispiirteet huomioon ottaen. Kehittämishankkeen tuotos on Perehdyttämiskansio sosiaaliviraston uusille työntekijöille, harjoittelijoille sekä perehdyttäjille. Lisäksi on saatu varsin kattava aiheeseen liittyvä soveltuva tietous koottua yksien kansien väliin. Tämä kehittämishanketyö kehittää pienen kaupungin sosiaaliviraston perehdyttämis- ja ohjaustoimintaa, mutta se soveltuu ainakin muihin sosiaalivirastoihin hyödynnettäväksi; ehkä myös laajemmalti. Sosiaaliviraston tulisi jatkossa nimetä henkilö huolehtimaan perehdyttämiskansion päivityksistä ja perehdyttämis- sekä ohjauskäytäntöjen edelleen kehittämisestä.

The purpose of this development project was to update and to supplement the initiating folder. Furthermore, my aim was to collect knowledge regarding initiating and directing for develop initiating task of the job into the new workers and trainees’ help and into the initiators’ support. The theoretical frame of reference was considering the special characteristics of the initiating task of the municipality initiating work and directing work which takes place in the social office of the small town. The output of the development project is the initiating folder, which will be used as a social services department for new workers, trainees and initiators. Furthermore, the quite comprehensive suitable knowledge which is related to the subject has been obtained between one lids collected. This developing work develops the initiating activity and guidance activity of the social office of the small town but it is suitable at least for other social offices to be utilised, perhaps even more widely. The social office should appoint a person in the future to take care of updatings of the initiating folder and the initiating practices and control practical further development.
