Perhepäivähoidon vanhempainillat : Toimintamalli Kallion alueelle

Abstract

Peruspalvelukuntayhtymä Kallio halusi perhepäivähoidon vanhempainilloille yhtenevän toimintamallin. Tavoitteena on saada vanhempainilloista mahdollisimman tarkoituksenmukaisia ja mukavia sekä perhepäivähoidon työntekijöiden että lasten vanhempien kannalta.

Osapuolien odotukset vanhempainilloista selvitettiin ja saadun tiedon avulla koottiin kansioon koottavan toimintamallin. Kansioon on koottu neuvoja ja ideoita hyvän vanhempainillan suunnittelun tueksi. Vanhempien mielipiteet selvitettiin kyselylomakkeella. Perhepäivähoidon ohjaajien mielipiteet otettiin huomioon heidän kanssa käytyjen keskustelujen kautta.

Teoria osuus koostuu asioista, jotka vanhemmat kokivat vanhempainiltojen tärkeäksi sisällöksi. Kasvatuskumppanuus, vanhemmuuden tukeminen ja vuorovaikutus sekä perhepäivähoitajien että muiden vanhempien kanssa nousivat vastauksissa keskeisiksi teemoiksi.

Kallio, a federation of municipalities that provides basic services, wanted a congruent operations model for the parent-teacher meetings of children's private day care. The objective is to make the parent-teacher meetings as functional and pleasant as possible for both the parents and the staff of children's private day care.

We investigated what different parties were expecting from the parent-teacher meetings and with the help of this received information, we gathered up an operations model into a folder. Into the folder has been collected guides and ideas for the support of planning a good parent-teacher meeting. We investigated the opinion of parents with the questionnaire that we made. We discussed with the teachers of children's private day care in order to take their opinion into account.

The theory part has been gathered up from the things that parents experienced as meaningful content in the parent-teacher meetings. Partnership in upbringing, supporting of the parenthood and interaction between both the private child minders and the other parents, emerged as central subjects in the answers.
