This publication is the third volume of the Sustainable Cities trilogy. The basic goal of the publication is to look at the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda for
Sustainable Development that became official in 2016. The topics are passive housing, sustainable design, sustainable urban planning, sustainable construction as well as sustainable transportation systems.
The authors of the publication are students from the Master of Science degree Construction and Real Estate Management programme given jointly by the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences Helsinki (Finland) and the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (HTW-Berlin, Germany).
The publication is edited by Mr. Eric Pollock and Ms. Ana Reinbold who work as a lecturers in Metropolia UAS.
The publication is the Part III of the Sustainable Cities book series.
