Työmaaperehdytyksen kehityskohtien selvittäminen työmaaorganisaatiossa

Abstract

Rakennusalan haasteellinen toimintaympäristö työturvallisuuden näkökulmasta korostaa perehdyttämisen merkitystä entisestään. Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli löytää keinoja, miten rakennusalan työmaakohtaista perehdytystä voisi parantaa ja tehostaa.

Toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön tuloksena toimeksiantaja saa ajantasaisen tiedon, miten perehdytysprosessi on käytännössä toteutettu työmaaorganisaatiossa. Aineisto toiminnallisen osuuden toteuttamiseksi kerättiin haastattelujen, kyselytutkimuksen ja havaintojen avulla.

Tutkimustuloksissa keskityttiin työmaaperehdytyksessä ilmenneisiin kehityskohtiin sekä arvioitiin syitä, miksi nämä ilmenivät kysely- ja haastattelututkimuksen vastauksissa. Opinnäytetyöstä saatiin selville toimeksiantajan nykyisen työmaaperehdytyksen ongelmakohtia ja pohdintoja niiden ratkaisemiseksi. Materiaalia voi käyttää niin työmaaperehdytysten apuna sekä siitä voidaan poimia toimintaohjeita rakennustyömailla perehdytystä suorittaville henkilöille.

The challenging operating environment in the construction industry from the point of view of occupational safety further emphasizes the importance of induction. The purpose of this thesis was to find ways in which site-specific orientation in the construction industry could be improved and made more effective.

As a result of the functional thesis, the client receives up-to-date information on how the induction process has been implemented in practice in the site organization. The material for the implementation of the functional part were collected through interviews, a survey and observations.

Analysis of the research focused on the development points that appeared in the site orientation and assessed the reasons why these appeared in the responses to the survey and interviews. The problem areas of the client 's current site orientation and reflections on how to solve them were discussed in the thesis. The material can be used as an aid to site orientations, and it can be used to extract operating instructions for persons performing orientation on construction sites.
