LVI-laboratoriotyöpisteen urakkatarjouspyyntö

Abstract

Opinnäytetyössä käsitellään urakkatarjouspyynnön laatimisen vaiheet ja tarjouspyyntöön vaadittava sisältö. Työssä käydään läpi myös eri urakkamuotoja ja suoritettavia laboratoriotöitä.

Kohteena oli Satakunnan ammattikorkeakoulun uusi LVI-laboratoriotila. Laboratorio-tilaan oli entuudestaan suunniteltu kaksi työpistettä. Näiden suunnitelmien pohjalta laadittiin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjat.

Tavoitteena oli laatia urakkatarjouspyyntö, jonka perusteella uuteen laboratorioon saadaan tarvittavat järjestelmät ja työpisteet oppilaille. Laboratoriotyöt ovat tärkeitä insinööri-opiskelijan oppimisen kannalta. Opinnäytetyössä käsiteltävät työpisteet ovat virtaamaseinä sekä keskipakopumppu. Virtaamaseinän avulla opiskelijat pääsevät mittaamaan ja vertailemaan eri putkimateriaaleja sekä eri valmistajien säätöventtiileitä. Keskipakopumppu työpisteellä määritetään pumpun teho ja hyötysuhde sekä määritetään pumpun ominais- ja laitoskäyrä.

The purpose of this thesis is to tell about the process of making a request for a construction contract offer. The thesis also tells about different contract types and HPAC laboratory works.

The subject of contract offers was two new HPAC laboratory workstations for Sa-takunta University of Applied Sciences. Both of the workstations had already been designed for the laboratory. On the basis of these designs the request for a construction contract documents were made.

The goal of the thesis was to make a request for a construction contract documents that would provide the new laboratory with the necessary systems and workstations for students. Laboratory works are important part of students learning process. Work-stations which are covered in this thesis are a pipe flow measurement and demonstration system and a centrifugal pump. On the pipe flow measurement and demonstration system workstation students can compare different pipe materials and differences between valve manufacturers. On the centrifugal pump workstation students determine different features of the pump e.g. power and efficiency.
