3-lehtisen nosto-oven sähkösuunnittelu ja logiikkaohjelmointi

Abstract

Työn tavoite oli tehdä Champion Door Oy:lle sähkösuunnittelu ja logiikkaohjelmointi 3-lehtiselle nosto-ovelle. Samalla yritettiin löytää kehitettäviä asioita tuotteeseen. Itse oven sähköihin ei löydet-ty kehityskohteita, mutta Pohjois-Amerikan ja Japanin projekteille tehtiin ehdotus niiden omavarai-suuden parantamiseksi. Investoimalla testilaitteistoon ja UL-hyväksyntöihin voitaisiin näille mark-kinoille valmistaa itse ohjauskeskukset.

Oven sähkösuunnittelusta, logiikkaohjelmoinnista ja etävalvonnan käyttöönotosta saatiin tehtyä hy-vät ohjeet vaihe vaiheelta. Näiden avulla olisi helppo perehdyttää uusi sähkösuunnittelija yritykseen.

The goal of the thesis was to carry out electric design and logic programming of A 3-leaf fold-up door fom Champion Door Oy. At the same time the second goal was to somehow improve the pro-duct. As for the product itself, no major possibilities for improvements were found. A solution that could be profitable in the future, was found for the international project. The company could do mo-re own cabins by investing in testing machinery and UL-certifikation.

We managed to do electric designing, logical programming and take the remote monitoring in use. Result was a good package of advice for every step of the door electric design. Reading this thesis could help to orientate A new electric designer in his or her work.
