Projektin suunnittelu ja toteutus Naps Oy:lle- case hiusmuotinäytös

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön aiheena on suunnitella ja toteuttaa hiusmuotinäytös Naps Oy:lle sekä selvittää projektinhallintaan vaikuttavia tekijöitä, sekä kirjata ohjeistus joka auttaa suunnittelemaan ja toteuttamaan näytöksiä. Projektinhallinta-osiossa on kirjattuna ohjeistus, joita seuraten toteutettiin hiusnäytös Naps-kampaamoketjun Yrjönkadun toimipisteessä.

Opinnäytetyön ensimmäinen osioon on koottu teoriataustaa, joka selkeyttää projektin eri toimintavaiheet esiselvityksestä tavoitteiden asettamiseen, projektin suunnitteluun ja sen johtamisen liittyvät työtavat ja toimintamallit. Osio ohjeistaa myös miten projekti lopetetaan. Toinen osio kertoo projektin lähtökohdat Naps kampaamoketjun kannalta sekä yrityksen tavoitteista luoda yhteinen toimintamalli käsikirjan muodossa. Tavoitteena oli luoda yhtenäinen ohjeistus, joka edesauttaa Naps-kampaamoketjun tulevien näytösten järjestämistä.

Projektin tuloksena järjestettiin Napsin Yrjönkadun toimipisteen re-opening hiusmuotinäytös, joka onnistui yrityksen lähtökohdista saavuttaa huomiota ja palvella asiakkaitaan sekä esitellä kampaamon erikoisosaamista. Näytökseen osallistuneet sponsorit olivat tyytyväisiä saamaansa julkisuusarvoon. Henkilökunnan edellytykset suunnitella ja toteuttaa vastaavat hiusmuotinäytökset tulevaisuudessa kasvoivat.

Planning and completion of a project for Naps Oy - case hairfashion show

The subject of the thesis was to design a functional project manual, which helps to design and to carry out shows. According to the doctrines of the project manual, a hairfashion show was carried out in one of the hair salons of NAPS salon chain.

The first item of the dissertation is a book study which clarifies the different operation stages of the project from the preliminary study to the setting of objectives, to the planning of the project and the joining approaches of the management of it and operations models. Also to give instructions how the project is to be finished. The second item tells the starting points of the project, specifies the objectives of the company and to create a common operations model in the form of the manual. The objective was to create uniform instructions, which facilitate the arranging of future shows of the NAPS salon chain.

As a result of this project the salon re-opening of NAPS Yrjönkatu was held in a form a hair fashion show. Arranged from the starting points of the company and to serve its customers and to show the special know-how of the hairdresser's the project was a success. The sponsors, who had participated in the show, were satisfied with the publicity value received by it. Preconditions for the staff to design and to carry out in the future the corresponding hair fashion show increased.
