PK5-linjan erillisvaihteiden kartoitus

Abstract

PK5-linjan erillisvaihteiden kartoitus on Efora Oy:lle Stora Enson Veitsiluodon tehtaille tehty opinnäytetyö. Efora Oy vastaa Stora Enson Suomen paperitehtaiden kunnossapidosta. Työn tarkoituksena on saada kartoitettua PK5-linjalla toimivat vaihdelaatikot. Tarve työlle ilmeni kesällä 2011 esille tulleista vaihdelaatikko-ongelmista.

Työn tavoitteena on saada kartoitettua PK5-linjan vaihteiden nykytilanne, varaosat, varavaihteiden saatavuus, muutostyöt ja kunnonvalvonnan osuus sekä tutustua ennakkohuoltoihin. Työssä on tarkoitus tutkia myös, onko kaikkia vaihteita vielä saatavilla vai tarvitaanko korvaava vaihde sekä aiheuttaako korvaava vaihde muutostöitä toimintopaikalle. Työssä tutkitaan jokaisen vaihteen ympäristöt kunnossapitotöiden helpottamiseksi. Työn aikana tutustutaan kiertovoitelun ulkopuolisten vaihteiden öljyhuoltoon ja sen kehitysmahdollisuuksiin.

Vaihteiden tietojen keräyksessä on käytetty SAP -tietojärjestelmää, arkistoa sekä henkilö-haastatteluja. Kaikki työssä esiin tulleet havainnot ja tulokset on kerätty laitetaulukkoon. Laitetaulukko on tehty Microsoft Excel –ohjelmalla. Taulukkoon kerätyt tiedot ovat eritelty omiin välilehtiinsä kategorian mukaisesti. Laitetaulukkoa voidaan hyödyntää kunnossapidon suunnittelussa.

Työn aikana esiin tulleet huomiot varaosien ja öljyhuollon kehittämisestä parantavat Efora Oy:n valmiuksia PK5-linjan kunnossapitotoiminnassa.

This thesis is commissioned by Efora Oy at Stora Enso Veitsiluoto Mill and it deals with the survey of the separate gears on PK5 line. Efora Oy is responsible for the maintenance of Stora Enso’s factories in Finland. The purpose of this thesis is to survey all functional gearboxes in PK5 line. The problems with the gearboxes in summer 2011 were the main reason for this survey.

The goal of the thesis is to survey the present condition of the gearboxes of PK5 line, spare parts, the availability of gearbox replacement, the share of alteration work and condition monitoring as well as to study preventive maintenance. In addition, the aim was to investigate the availability of all gears, if there was a need for gearbox replacement and whether or not the replacement causes alteration work to the environment. To facilitate the maintenance all separate gear environments were examined. In the course of the thesis, the oil maintenance of the circulation lubrication of the outside gears as well as its development potential was studied.

SAP data system, archives and personal interviews were used to collect the necessary data. All observations and results were collected to a chart. The chart was made with Microsoft Excel program and all the data in the chart is individually categorized. The chart can be used in maintenance planning.

All observations regarding the spare part and oil maintenance will improve the ability of Efora Oy to perform maintenance operations for PK5 line.
