Kattoristikkotuotannon nykytila ja kehittäminen : case: Koskisen Oy

Abstract

Tässä opinnäytetyössä käsitellään Koskisen Oy:n kattoristikkotuotannon nykytilaa ja sen kehittämistä. Työn tarkoituksena oli selvittää kattoristikkotuotannon nykytilaa sekä tutkia erilaisia kehitysehdotuksia, joilla tuotantoa voitaisiin tehostaa. Työ toteutettiin yhteistyössä Lahden ammattikorkeakoulun ja Koskisen Oy:n kattoristikkotuotannon kanssa.

Työn teoriaosuudessa käsitellään toiminnan tuottavuutta sekä tuotantotekniikkaa. Tuotantoa voidaan järkeistää muun muassa karsimalla turhia työvaiheita sekä huolehtimalla työvälineistä. Näin ollen muutosta voidaan saada aikaan jo hyvinkin pienillä toimenpiteillä.

Tutkimusosuudessa selvitetään kattoristikkotuotannon toteutusta ja toimintamallia nykyhetkellä. Kartoituksen perusteella selvitettiin mahdolliset kehittämiskohteet tuotantotiloissa. Tämän perusteella luotiin kehitysehdotuksia tuotannon tehostamiseksi.

This study deals with the present state and development of the roof truss production of Koskisen Oy. The purpose of the study was to investigate the present state and investiged different development proposals to boost the production.

The theoretical part deals with productivity of operation and production engineering. The production can be made more rational for example by eliminating unnecessary stages and taking care of production equipment. Therefore the change can be reached even with small actions.

The partical part investigates the execution and operation model of the present state of the roof truss production. The possible development targets in production property clarified based on the survey. Different development proposal to boost the production were created based on these conclusions.
