Suojaus ennen purkutöiden aloittamista saneerauskohteen sisätiloissa

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tilaajana toimi Purku ja saneeraus A. Ahonen, joka toimii Jyväskylän alueella suorittaen lähinnä purkutöitä aliurakoitsijana. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli koota kattava tietopaketti saneerauskohteiden sisätilasuojauksesta ennen purkutöitä. Opinnäytetyön sisältö keskittyy sisätilojen eri suojausosiin, suojaustapoihin, purkujätteisiin, erikoispurkutöiden suojaukseen, suojauksen epäonnistumisen seurauksiin ja suojausvälineisiin. Opinnäytetyön tutkimuskohteina toimivat opinnäytetyön aiheeseen liittyvät julkaisut. Julkaisut olivat sekä kirjallisia että verkkojulkaisuja. Suojaukseen suorasti tai epäsuorasti liittyviä julkaisuja löytyi paljon ja niistä poimittiin olennaisimmat asiat opinnäytetyöhön. Lähteiden eri muotojen muokkaamisella ja yhdistämisellä samankaltaisiksi saatiin hyvin informatiivista tekstiä opinnäytetyön aihetta koskien. Hyvien lähteiden johdosta opinnäytetyötä voi käyttää opintomateriaalin lisäksi myös työohjeena. Opinnäytetyössä käytettiin myös paljon kuvia asioiden havainnollistamiseksi. Omat kokemukset täydensivät vielä opinnäytetyötä. Tuloksista saatiin selville suojaustarpeen syyt, suojausten ajankohtia, erilaisia suojattavia rakennusosia, hyviä suojaustapoja ja suojausvälineiden ominaisuuksia. Lisäksi tuloksissa käsiteltiin muun muassa työturvallisuutta ja työtapoihin liittymättömiä muita vaatimuksia suojausta koskien. Tuloksista voitiinkin päätellä että suojaukseen panostaminen viestii työn laadukkaasta jäljestä. Lisäksi se pienentää onnettomuusriskejä ja tätä kautta onnettomuuskustannuksia. Huolella toteutettu suojaus onkin urakoitsijaa hyödyttävä toimenpide niin imagollisesti kuin taloudellisesti pitkällä aikavälillä. Lisäksi se saattaa jopa nopeuttaa urakkaa, koska korjaustöitä ei tarvitse tehdä muihin kuin saneeraustarpeessa oleviin pintoihin.

This Bachelor’s Thesis was assigned by Purku ja saneeraus A. Ahonen which acts in Jyväskylä area in conducting mostly demolition work as a subcontractor. The purpose of this Bachelor’s Thesis was to gather a comprehensive information packet about protection of indoor redevelopment targets before demolition work. The contents of the Bachelor’s Thesis focuses on different indoor parts of protections such as-, different protection ways, demolition waste, protection of special demolition work, the consequences of failed protection and protection tools. The research subjects of the Bachelor’s Thesis were the publications related to the topic of this thesis. The publications consisted of both literature and internet publications. There was a great number of publications related to the protection work directly or indirectly and the most essential matters were selected in to this Bachelor’s Thesis. By editing and combining the forms of sources resulted in very informative text related to the research topic. Due to the good sources, the Bachelor’s Thesis can be used for studying and also as a work instruction. Many figures were used to illustrate and demonstrate matters. Additionally personal experiences were a valuable asset for the thesis research. The reason for the needs of protection were discovered from the results, namely the timing of protection, different parts to protect, good protection ways and the qualities of protection tools. Among other things, the results deal with safety and other protection demands unrelated to working habits. From the results could be deduced that investing in protection shows quality in workmanship. It also diminishes risks for accidents and thus, costs caused by accidents. A well implemented protection is a measure that benefits the contractor both as for the image and financially in the long run. Besides, it can also even speed up a contract work, since repairs need to be done only for surfaces in need of renovation.
