Perehdytysopas Siskon Siivous Oy:lle

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö on produktityyppinen työ, jonka tuotoksena laadittiin kirjallinen perehdytysopas toimeksiantajayritys Siskon Siivous Oy:lle.

Yritys on toiminut vuodesta 1991 alkaen ja sen toiminta-alueena on pääkaupunkiseutu. Yrityksen henkilöstömäärä on keskimäärin 100 työntekijää, joista noin 98 % on maa-hanmuuttajia. Yrityksellä ei ole ollut tähän mennessä mitään kirjallista opasta työnteki-jöiden perehdytyksen tueksi. Koska kirjallisen perehdytysoppaan odotetaan tehostavan ja parantavan perehdytysprosessia, toimeksiantaja ehdotti sellaisen laatimista opinnäyte-työn aiheena.

Toimeksiantajan työntekijät siivoavat monilla eri toimialoilla, joihin liittyy omat yksilöl-liset perehdytystarpeensa. Tämän työn tuotoksena valmistunut perehdytysopas toimii alkuperehdytysmateriaalina ja se sisältää työhön ja työsuhteeseen liittyviä perusasioita. Yksityiskohtaisempi, työkohteen edellytysten mukainen perehdytys toteutetaan vielä toistaiseksi ilman yrityksen omaa kirjallista perehdytysopasta, mutta toimeksiantajayri-tykselle suositellaan lisämateriaalin laatimista ja prosessin kehittämistä myös jatkossa.

Raportin teoreettinen viitekehys muodostuu perehdytykseen ja työnopastukseen liitty-västä teoriasta. Teoriaa käsitellään toimeksiantajayrityksen ja sen toimialan näkökulmas-ta. Raportissa esitellään myös siivousalaan ja siivoustyön perehdyttämiseen liittyviä eri-tyispiirteitä.

Perehdytysoppaan sisällön suunnitteluvaiheessa haastateltiin kolmea toimeksiantajayri-tyksen perehdytystä tekevää työnjohtajaa sekä viittä siivoojaa. Haastattelujen avulla sel-vitettiin olemassa olevat perehdytyksen haasteet ja laadittavaan materiaaliin liittyvät toiveet ja tarpeet.

Perehdytysopas sisältää toimeksiantajan salaiseksi tarkoitettua tietoa, joten sitä ei ole voitu liittää tähän raporttiin.

This thesis was commissioned by Siskon Siivous Ltd, and the goal was to create a written orientation guide for it.

The company has been operating since 1991 and it operates in the capital city -area. The company has on average 100 employees, from which about 98 % are immigrants. The company had not got any kind of written material for orientation before this. Because a written orientation guide is supposed to help and improve the whole orientation process, the company suggested that it would be very good to take this topic for this thesis.

The company’s employees clean in several different branches, which all have their own special needs when talking about work orientation. The orientation guide that was written for this thesis functions like a primary material and it includes basic things and directions for employees’ work. More specific and more detailed orientation is going to be arranged still for now without a company’s own written orientation guide, but that kind of specific material is suggested to be written sometime in the future. It is also suggested that the whole orientation process should be developed in the future.

The theoretical part of this report is composed of the theory of orientation and the specific teaching to work. Theory is debated from the point of view of the company and from the cleaning branch in general. The specific details about orientation in the cleaning branch and cleaning work in general are also introduced in this report.

While planning the content of the orientation guide three employees who are giving orientation to cleaners and five cleaners were also interviewed. The reason for these interviews was to find out the specific challenges and wishes and hopes for the orienta-tion guide.

The orientation guide includes classified information, which could not be added as an appendix to this report.
