Korjaus- ja muutoshankkeen aloitusvaiheen toimenpiteet

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön toimeksiantajana oli VRJ Etelä-Suomi Oy:n Pirkanmaan alueen toimitilasaneerausyksikkö. Opinnäytetyössä kuvattiin korjaus- ja muutoshankkeen aloitusvaiheen toimenpiteet sekä kerättiin suoritettavista tehtävistä muistilista.

Materiaali opinnäytetyötä varten kerättiin haastattelemalla VRJ Etelä-Suomi Oy:n toimihenkilöitä sekä hyödyntämällä rakennusalan tietoa kirjallisuudesta ja internetistä. Haastattelut suoritettiin sähköpostihaastatteluna.

Työn tuloksena syntyi korjaus- ja muutoshankkeen aloitusvaiheen toimenpiteiden muistilista ja asiakirja. Muistilistaan on kirjattu ylös aloitusvaiheen vaatimat toimenpiteet, minkä avulla pyritään vähentämään aloitusvaiheessa tapahtuvia unohduksia. Kehitysehdotuksena yrityksen olemassa olevaan toiminnanohjausjärjestelmään voisi luoda opinnäytetyön avulla sähköisen version muistilistasta.

This thesis was commissioned by Pirkanmaa region business premises renovation unit of VRJ Etelä-Suomi Oy. The main purpose of the thesis is to describe the actions in the start-up phase of a repair and alteration project as well as collect a checklist of tasks to perform.

The material for this thesis was collected by interviewing the employees of VRJ Etelä-Suomi Oy and by searching for information from the literature and internet. The interviews were conducted as an email interview.

The result of the work was a checklist and a document of the actions in the start-up phase of the repair and alteration project. The required actions in the start-up phase have been collected in the checklist to reduce forgetfulness. As a development suggestion for the company is to create an electronic version of the checklist on the existing ERP system, which will be created with the help of the thesis.
