Vanhan pesularakennuksen kuntoarvio ja korjaussuunnitelma

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön kohde on Porin Kaupunginsairaalan vanha pesularakennus, joka on rakennettu 1890- luvulla. Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tutustua rakennuksen tämänhetkiseen kuntoon ja luoda kohteelle alustava korjaussuunnitelma virallisten kunto- ja korjaussuunnitelmien tueksi. Kohteesta ei ole aikaisempia kuntotutkimuksia eikä rakenneavauksia tehty tämän opinnäytetyön aikana, joten työ perustuu omiin havaintoihin ja näkemyksiin. Rakennuksen tämänhetkinen kunto on niin huono, ettei tarkempia tutkimuksia ollut turvallista tehdä rakennuksen sisällä.

The subject of the thesis is the old laundry building of Pori City Hospital, which was built in the 1890s. The aim of this thesis was to get acquainted with the current condition of the building and to create a preliminary repair plan for the site in support of the official condition and repair plans. No previous fitness examinations or structural openings have been made on the site during this thesis, so the work is based on one's own observations and views. The current condition of the building is so poor that it was not safe to do more detailed investigations inside the building.
