Ohjeistuksen kehittäminen

Abstract

Tämä työ on tehty ohjeistuksen kehittämiseksi rakennustöiden hankintaan, rakennuttamiseen ja rakennustöiden valvontaan Espoon Kiinteistöpalveluissa. Työn tarkoituksena on esittää rakennushankkeen kulku aloituksesta takuutarkastuksiin asti ja ohjeistaa asioiden huomioon ottamista. Espoo Kiinteistöpalvelut jakaantuu seitsemään eri palveluyksikköön, ja Tuotannon tuki on yksi sen palveluyksiköistä. Tuotannon tuen yksi tehtävä on kilpailuttaa Kiinteistöpalveluiden tehtäväksi saamat palvelut ja rakennushankkeet. Koska kilpailutuksissa, rakennuttamisessa ja rakennushankkeiden valvonnoissa on ilmennyt menettelytapaeroja, on syntynyt tarve tehdä ohjeistus näiden töiden suorittamiseksi ja niitä myös voidaan tulevaisuudessa edelleen kehittää. Tämä ohjeistus selventää asioita ketjun eri osa alueilla työskentelevälle henkilökunnalle, lisäksi ohjeistusta voidaan käyttää uuden henkilökunnan perehdytyksessä.
