Farmi : Liiketoimintasuunnitelma lasten ja nuorten mielenkuntoutuspalveluille

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli selvittää, millaisia asioita oman yritysideani mukaista lasten ja nuorten mielenkuntoutuskeskusta perustettaessa on selvitettävä ja otettava huomioon. Työn idea ja aihe muodostuivat oman yritysidean pohjalta ja sen lopputuloksena on liiketoimintasuunnitelma. Lähtökohtaisesti työn on tarkoitus toimia tietolähteenä tekijälle itselleen sekä selvittää onko yritysidea toteutettavissa myös käytännössä. Työn tuloksena syntyi selvitys, jossa on yleispätevää tietoa liiketoiminnan aloittamisesta sekä yritysidean mukaisesta toiminnasta yleisesti; Green care – toiminnasta osana lasten ja nuorten mielenterveyskuntoutusta.

Tutkimus toteutettiin kvalitatiivisena tutkimuksena, jossa tiedonkeruumenetelmänä käytettiin teemahaastattelua. Tutkimuksessa haettiin vastausta seuraaviin kysymyksiin: Mikä on ammattihenkilöstön käsitys suunnitellun yrityksen tarjoamien palveluiden hyödyistä ja alueellisesta tarpeesta sekä kuinka lapsi tai nuori päätyy yksityisten ostopalveluiden ääreen. Teemahaastattelut toteutettiin kahdelle vastaavanlaisia palveluita tuottavalle palveluntarjoajalle sekä kahdelle potentiaaliselle palvelun välittäjälle.

Tulokset olivat kaiken kaikkiaan rohkaisevia. Etenkin ammattihenkilöstön käsitykset Green care -toiminnan hyödyistä osana lasten ja nuorten mielenkuntoutusta tukivat teoreettista viitekehystä. Myös palveluiden alueellinen tarve antoi rohkaisevia tuloksia. Huolenaiheeksi kuitenkin muodostui maksajatahojen niukkuus. Vaikka tarvetta näille kuntoutusmuodoille olisi, riittääkö maksusitoumuksen saajia siihen, että toiminta olisi kannattavaa.

Green care -kuntoutuksen näkökulmasta hyödyllisiä jatkotutkimusaiheita voisivat olla Green care -kuntoutuksen mahdollisuudet erilaisten diagnoosien omaavien potilaiden kuntoutuksessa. Toisaalta olisi myös hyödyllistä kartoittaa Green care -kuntoutujien kokemuksia toimintojen kuntouttavuudesta sekä kartoittaa hoitohenkilökunnan asenteita Green care -kuntoutusta kohtaan.

Farmi : Business plan for Children’s and youngster’s mental health rehabilitation services

The purpose of the study was to provide the author with knowledge of founding a mental health rehabilitation center for children and youngsters. The ideas for this thesis were born from the author’s own business idea and its outcome is a business plan. The main purpose of this thesis is to offer the essential information for the author that helps her evaluate if the business plan would also work in real life. The outcome was this study with knowledge about starting a business and about rehabilitation in question; Green care methods as a part of children and youngsters mental health rehabilitation.

The study conducted was qualitative. The material was gathered by theme interviews. The questions studied were: What is professionals’ point of view on the benefits and regional need of the services that the planned company would provide and how does a child or youngster find his way to a private sectors service provider. Two potential service mediators and two professionals that were already providing the same type of services as the company that the author had planned were interviewed.

The results were over all encouraging. Especially professionals’ thoughts about the benefits of Green care methods as part of children’s and youngster´s mental health rehabilitation sup-ported the theoretical frame of reference. Also the regional need gave encouraging results. Still the lack of the payer quarter formed into a worry. Even though there is a need for the services in question, would there be enough recipients of the bonds so that the entrepreneur-ship would be profitable.

In future Green care rehabilitation would benefit from studies concerning its rehabilitations possibilities among patients with different diagnosis. On the other hand it would also be useful to study the experiences of the Green care rehabilitators and how they feel that the methods have supported their rehabilitation process also a study about the health care professionals’ attitudes towards Green care rehabilitation would be an interesting and useful subject for future studies.
