Induktiouunin aiheuttama loisteho- ja yliaalto-ongelma

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli perehtyä induktiouunin aiheuttamiin loisteho- ja yliaalto-ongelmiin Valkeakosken Metso Paper Oy:n tehtaalla. Työssä selvitettiin induktiouunin aiheuttamia ongelmia tehtaan muuhun sähköverkkoon. Tarkoituksena oli selvittää induktiouunin mahdollinen kompensoinnin tarve ja esittää tähän mahdollinen ratkaisuehdotus.

Induktiouunille on tehty sähkön laatumittaukset verkkoanalysaattorilla. Verkkoanalysaattorin mittausdatasta koottiin graafiset mittaustulokset eri sähköisistä suureista ajan suhteessa sekä tutkittiin hetkellisiä ilmiöitä kuormituksesta. Mittaustuloksia tutkittiin ja analysoitiin sekä tehtiin johtopäätöksiä induktiouunin aiheuttamista ongelmista sähköverkkoon.

Työn tuloksena annettiin työn tilaajalle selvitys induktiouunin aiheuttamista ongelmista, joita mittaustuloksista ilmeni. Induktiouuni ottaa loistehoa sähköverkosta ja aiheuttaa tästä syystä tulevaisuudessa kustannuksia loistehomaksuina. Induktiouuni tuottaa yliaaltovirtoja, mutta ei aiheuta ongelmia sähköverkkoon. Yliaalto-ongelman sähköverkkoon aiheuttaa jokin toinen yliaaltolähde.

Tehtaaseen tarvittava laitteisto on loistehon kompensointi ja yliaaltojen suodatus. Korkean jännitesärön takia kohteessa tarvitaan yliaaltosuodatin, joka suodattaa pois 250 Hz:n harmonisen yliaallon. Laitteiston soveltuvuuden varmistamiseksi vaaditaan lisää mittauksia. Tehdyt mittaukset olivat suuntaa antavia ja kartoittivat tehtaan sähköverkon nykytilan.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the reactive power and the harmonic problems caused by the induction furnace in Metso Paper Plc's Valkeakoski factory. The project will work out the problems that the induction furnace has caused to other to the other electrical network of the factory. The intention is to determine the possible compensation need and to present this proposed decision.

Power quality measurements have been made to the induction furnace with a network analyzer. Graphic measurement results were derived from the network analyzer measurement data with different electrical variables in relation to time as well as examined transient phenomena in the load. Measurements results have been examined and analyzed and conclusions have been made regarding problems caused by the induction furnace to the electrical network.

The results of the work were given to the subscriber in a report about problems that the measurements revealed. Induction furnace takes reactive power from the electrical network and is thereby causing costs in the form of reactive power payments. Induction furnace generates harmonic currents, but doesn't cause problems to the electrical network. Harmonic problem caused in the electrical network is have some other harmonic source.

The necessary equipment for the factory is reactive power compensation and harmonic filtering. Due to high voltage distortion, a harmonic filter, which filters out the 250 Hz harmonic frequencies is needed. To ensure the suitability of the equipment requires more measurements. Measurements were approximate and plot the electrical networks present situation.
