Tuotannonohjausjärjestelmän käyttöönotto ja integrointi

Abstract

Opinnäytetyössä toteutettiin Normek Oy:n uuden tuotannonohjausjärjestelmän käyttöönotto.

Työ alkoi yrityksen valmistamien tuotteiden valmistusrakenteiden määrittelyllä. Samalla kartoitettiin yrityksen toimintatapa uusien töiden luonnissa ja työnsuunnittelun tuottamat tulosteet, olemassa olevat järjestelmät, järjestelmissä tehtävät toiminnot ja järjestelmien väliset liittymät.

Kerätyn informaation perusteella tehtiin suunnitelma uuden ohjelmiston käyttöönoton tarvitsemista tiedoista. Raportissa esitetään yksityiskohtaisesti uuden ohjelmiston käyttöönottoon liittyvien perustietojen tarve ja niiden syöttö järjestelmään.

Raportissa esitellään myös Normek Oy:n tapa käyttää yrityksessä käyttöönotettua PlannerLite-ohjelmaa. Ohjelman käyttäminen on esitelty opinnäytetyössä sillä tarkkuudella, että siitä voidaan julkaista yritykselle räätälöity käyttöohje.

Lopuksi raportissa on esitelty ohjelman käyttöönotossa havaittuja jatkokehitystarpeita ja mahdollisuuksia.

In the thesis the implementation of the production management system of Normek Oy was carried out.

The participants reviewed the work of the company producing the products and its production structures. Furthermore, the company’s approach to creating new jobs and the prints produced by job design were charted. At the same time existing systems were studied. Also the actions to be taken and the connections between the systems were explored.

On the basis of the collected information a new plan for the data needed by the introduction of software was created. The report sets out in detail the basic data needed for the implementation of the software and the input of the data into the system.

The report also presents Normek Ltd’s way to use the program PlannerLite. Using the program is presented with such accuracy that this contribution can be easily tailored to the company.

Finally the issues that should be considered in further development are proposed.
