Sisustamista ja mallintamista Peab Oy:lle : Sisustussuunnitelmia Itikanmäen Muurikin asuntoihin

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli luoda toimivat, lapsiystävälliset, nykyaikaiset ja trendien mukaiset sisustussuunnitelmat Peabin rakennuttamiin kerrostaloasuntoihin Itikanmäelle. Peab aloittaa kerrostalon rakentamisen keväällä 2013. Tavoitteena oli myös tehdä mahdollisimman oikeannäköiset mallinnuskuvat asunnoista, joita toimeksiantaja tulee käyttämään myynnin apuvälineenä.

Tehtävänä oli suunnitella neljä sisustuskonseptia kahteen eri kerrostaloasuntoon. Kohderyhmänä olivat lapsiperheet. Käyttäjätiedon hankintaan käytin apuna osallistavaa suunnittelua järjestämällä työpaja kohderyhmälle. Työpajan tehtävien perusteella luotiin perheprofiilit, joiden mukaan tehtiin sisustussuunnitelmat. Muina empiirisen tiedonhankinnan menetelminä käytettiin havainnointia, haastattelua ja tila-analyysia. Teoriaosuudessa haettiin tietoa sisustussuunnittelusta lapsiperheelle, sisustustrendeistä ja lapsiperheiden asumisesta Suomessa.

Kerätyn tiedon perusteella syntyivät neljä erilaista sisustussuunnitelmaa lapsiperheille. Suunnitelmassa on huomioitu perheprofiilien tarpeet ja toiveet, havainnoinnin ja haastattelujen tulokset, työpajan tulokset ja Peabin esittämät vaatimukset. Suunnitelmat on mallinnettu ArchiCAD−mallinnusohjelmalla sekä tarkennettu selityksien ja huonekorttien avulla. Lisäksi käytin apunani Rhinoceros-ohjelmaa 2D-kuvien luomiseen.

The aim of the thesis was to create functional, child friendly, modern and trendy interior design for the new upcoming block of flats built by Peab Oy Construction Company. Peab is going to start construction work in spring 2013. The aim was also to make authentic modeling pictures of the apartments so that the mandator can use them as a tool to make a sale.

The assignment was to plan four interior decorations into two different apartments. The target group was families with children. Participatory planning was used by creating a workshop for the target group to find out their profile. Based on the con-clusions of the workshop, the family profiles were created to start up the interior designing. Other empirical data collecting methods were observing, interviews and space analysis.

The theory part consisted of interior design productions compiled to families with children and to those who live in Finland. Four different interior designs were de-veloped for families with children based on the collective theory. Observations, interviews and workshop results are all included in the design process as well as the demands of Peab Oy. The plan was visualized by ArchiCAD and was present-ed in detail with the help of room cards. Rhinoceros was used to create 2D−pictures. Keywords:
