Koulutussuunnitelma muutosjohtamisen näkökulmasta toiminnankehittämisprojektissa

Abstract

Tämän projektin alussa oltiin ottamassa käyttöön uudet yhtenäiset ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure library) -prosessit sekä prosesseja tukeva uusi palveluidenhallintatyökalu. Näiden tarkoituksena on organisaatiolaajuisesti parantaa työn suorittamisen läpinäkyvyyttä globaalilla tasolla sekä tehostaa asiakaspalvelun toimintaa.

Tämän työn tavoitteena oli täyttää prosesseista sekä työkalusta aiheutuva välitön koulu-tustarve luomalla koulutussuunnitelma, jossa pyritään huomioimaan myös muutosjohtami-sen elementtejä luoden myös perustan maayhtiöiden koulutuksille.

At the beginning of this project, new ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure library) process and service management tool implementations were taking place. The purpose is to increase transparency and effectiveness of customer support in a global level.

The objective of this thesis work was to fill the immediate training need as a result of the new implementations by creating a training plan which should include aspects from the change leadership. The training plan should also work as a basis for country specific stakeholders during local implementations.
