Jauhemaalaamotoimintojen tehostaminen

Abstract

Tämän työn ensisijainen tarkoitus oli esittää layoutsuunnitelma Corrotech Oy:n pulve-rimaalaamolle sekä rakentaa hinnoittelumalli jauhemaalauksen kustannuksista. Lisäksi tehtävänä oli selvittää muita keinoja jauhemaalauksen toiminnan tehostamiseksi.

Työn teoriaosuus aloitettiin kertomalla toimeksiantajayrityksestä sekä opinnäytetyön kohdetoiminnasta, jauhemaalauksesta. Sen jälkeen teoriaosuudessa käsiteltiin layout-suunnittelua ja erityisesti layouttyyppejä. Layoutsuunnittelun olennainen osa, tuotannon ohjaus ja sen rakenteet sekä periaatteet käsiteltiin ennen kohdeyrityksen nykytilanteen kartoitusta.

Työn tuloksena saatiin 3D- suunnitelma yrityksen maalaamohallin layoutista, kustannus-laskuri tilausten hinnoitteluun sekä muita kehitystoimenpide-ehdotuksia. Layoutsuun-nittelun perustana käytettiin 5S- menetelmää, jonka periaate käytiin läpi teoriaosuudes-sa. Layoutsuunnittelussa toimivat apuna yrityksen toimitusjohtaja, työn ohjaaja sekä erityisesti jauhemaalaamon työntekijät.

Työn tuloksia voidaan käyttää toteutukseen tai toimintojen jatkokehitykseen.

The primary purpose of this study was to propose a layout plan of Corrotech Oy pow-der coating shop and develop a pricing model of coating costs. In addition, the com-mission of the study included to finding effective way of doing powder coating activi-ties.

First the theory part deals with the client corporation of the study and powder coating. After that, the theory part deals with the layout design and layout types. The essential part of the layout design, production control and its structures together with the princi-ples of production control were dealt before the survey of current situation of the client corporation.

As a result, Corrotech Oy received a 3D- design of the coating shop, cost calculator to price orders of powder coating and other development propositions. The basis of layout planning was 5S-method, which can be found in the theory part. The experience and know-how of the managing director of the corporation, the instructor of the study and in particular the workers of the coating shop were utilized in the layout planning.

The results of the study can be used for realization or further development.
