Sosionomin (AMK) ammatillinen pätevyys koulun sosiaalityössä

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tarkastella sosionomikoulutuksen (AMK) antamaa pätevyyttä työskennellä sosiaaliohjaajana kouluissa. Opinnäytetyömme suoritimme haastatteluiden avulla. Taustatiedot keräsimme syksyn 2005 aikana ja varsinaisen havaintoaineksen syksyn 2006 ja kevään 2007 aikana. Opinnäytetyö oli luonteeltaan laadullinen eli kvalitatiivinen. Sosiaalipedagogiseen teoriapohjaan perustuvan tutkimuksen analysointiin kuuluu aina myös empiirisen eli kokemuksellisuuden elementit. Opinnäytetyön teoreettisessa osuudessa kuvasimme Sosiaalityö kouluissa-hankkeen ja sosionomikoulutuksen sekä kerroimme sosiaaliohjaajan työnkuvasta kouluissa. Taustateoriana meillä oli sosiaalipedagoginen ajattelu. Haastatteluaineiston litteroimme huolellisesti auki. Saatujen vastausten perusteella arvioimme ovatko koulujen sosiaaliohjaajat kokeneet sosionomikoulutuksen antaneen heille tarvittavat valmiudet toimia kouluissa sosiaaliohjaajina.Tulokset osoittivat, että kukin sosiaaliohjaaja koki saaneensa tarvittavat tiedot ja taidot toimia sosiaaliohjaajina kouluissa. He kokivat, että koulutus on antanut hyvän pohjan lähteä itse oppimaan lisää kokonaisvaltaista työotetta. Sosiaalityö kouluissa-hanke mahdollisti tämän opinnäytetyön toteuttamisen.

The objective of this dissertation was to examine validity given by the Bachelor of Social Sciences education to work as a social controller at schools. We executed dissertation with the help of interviews. We collected background information in the autumn 2005 and in autumn 2006 and spring 2007 of the actual observation material. Dissertation had a qualitative in other words qualitative character. Study which is based on a social pedagogic theory bottom the analysis always includes also empiric in other words elements of the experience. In a theoretical share we described dissertation social work in schools Bachelor of Social Sciences education in the project and we told about the work picture of the social controller at schools. We had social pedagogic thinking as a background theory. We transcribe the interview material carefully open. On the basis of the received answers we estimate the schools they are experienced the received answers we estimate the schools they are experienced the Bachelor of Social Sciences education given the social controllers to them necessary readiness to operate at schools as social controllers. The results showed that each social controller experienced got necessary knowledge and skills to operate as social controllers in schools. They experienced that the school has let the good bottom leave itself to learn more comprehensive work extract. Social work at school the project made this dissertation possible coming true.
