Norvatien lämpölaitoksen dokumentointi ALMA-tietämyshallintajärjestelmään

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö käsittelee Rovaniemen Energian Norvatien lämpölaitoksen dokumentaation siirtoa ALMA-tietämyshallintajärjestelmään. Rovaniemen kaupungin omistama konserniyhtiö, Rovaniemen Energia Oy, tuottaa lämpöä ja sähköä, sekä huolehtii kaukolämmön jakelusta Rovaniemen alueella.

Norvatien lämpölaitoksessa on kaksi raskaanöljynpolttokattilaa, jotka tuottavat yhteensä 24 megawatin lämpötehon. Laitoksen tarkoitus on varmistaa lämmönjakelu Rovaniemen alueella, jos Suosiolan voimalaitoksessa ilmenee ongelmia tai lämmöntarve kasvaa äkillisesti.

Opinnäytetyön tavoite oli tuottaa kattava kokonaisuus Norvatien laitoksen laitteiden ja komponenttien tiedoista ALMA-tietämyshallintajärjestelmään. Työn tarkoituksena oli helpottaa laitoksen kunnossapitoa ja huoltotehtäviä luomalla järjestelmään tarkat tiedot laitepositioista, johdotuksista sekä niiden sijainnista.

Tavoitteet saatiin täytettyä ja projektin tuloksena oli Norvatien lämpölaitoksen dokumenttien pohjalta tehty tietojen siirtäminen Rovaniemen Energia Oy:n ALMA-tietokantaan. Työhön käytettiin aikaa yhteensä noin kahdeksan viikkoa. Suurin osa käytetystä ajasta kului laitoshierarkian tekemiseen. Työhön sisältyi Calortec Oy:n tuottamien piirikuvien tarkastaminen ja päivittäminen.

This thesis describes how the documentation of Norvatie power plant was transferred to ALMA knowledge management system. Norvatie power plant is one of the plants owned by Rovaniemen Energia Ltd Group. Rovaniemen Energia Ltd provides heat, district heating and electricity throughout the city of Rovaniemi.

In Norvatie power plant there are two heavy fuel oil boilers, which provide alto-gether 24 megawatts of thermal power. The purpose of the power plant is to ensure heat distribution, if the main power plant is temporarily out of production or if an acute need of thermal power would arise.

The goal of the thesis was to provide a comprehensive and organized data-base of Norvatie power plant equipment and installations. This information was transferred to ALMA knowledge management system. The work was done to ease the maintenance of Norvatie power plant by creating accurate information about positions of the plant equipment and also about their electrical connections and installation locations. Electric and instrumentation circuit diagrams made by the plant supplier Calortec Ltd were used as a basis of the work.

The goals were met and as a result the transferring of information based on the documentation of the power plant to ALMA database was successful. The work was completed in eight weeks. Most of the time was spent completing the power plant's hierarchy to the ALMA database. The inspecting and updating circuit of diagrams produced by Calortec Ltd was included in the thesis project.
