C-Care-toiminnanohjausjärjestelmä : Sataservice-Yhtymä Oy

Abstract

Tämän insinöörityön tarkoitus on selvittää Sataservice-Yhtymä Oy:n uuden tuotannonohjausjärjestelmän käyttö ja kehitysaskeleet, Sataservice-Yhtymän, sekä sen tytäryhtiöiden käyttöön ja asiakkaiden tarpeiden mukaiseksi.

Edellytykset uuden tuotannon ohjausjärjestelmän käyttöön ottoon on kartoittaa nykyisten järjestelmien ja käytäntöjen liittäminen uuteen järjestelmään. Mitä parannuksia uudella järjestelmällä saavutetaan ja voidaanko talousjärjestelmä liittää uuteen tuotannon ohjaukseen, sekä millä tavoin se on toteutettavissa? Uusi tuotannon ohjausjärjestelmä sisältää huoltojen aikatauluttamisen ja seurannan, asiakkaiden konekortistojen säilyttämisen, sekä niiden huolto-ohjeiden tallentamisen järjestelmään, tuntien kirjauksen asiakkailta laskuttamista varten ja ostolaskujen kierrättämisen järjestelmän kautta.

Muut mahdolliset tulevaisuudessa lisättävät ominaisuudet, ovat palkkahallinnon integroiminen järjestelmään sekä asiakkaan edustajan tekemät merkinnät huoltoihin ja palaute tehdyistä huolloista.

Insinöörityö aloitettiin syksyllä 2012, ja se kesti Marraskuuhun 2013 asti. C-Care tuotannon ohjausjärjestelmää on kehitetty jo keväästä 2011 asti, jota Cieltum Oy on kehittänyt. Kyseisen järjestelmän käyttöönottoa on jarruttanut moninaiset ohjelmistopuolen ongelmat.

Kyseinen järjestelmä on jo käytössä osalta ominaisuuksiltaan Sataservice Oy:lla ja sen asiakkailla. Toimivan tuotannon ohjausjärjestelmän saaminen koko yrityksen käyttöön on referenssi suuremmille asiakkaille, jotka vaativat seurantaa ja eksaktia tietoa siitä, mitä heidän konekannalleen on tehty ja miksi.

The purpose of this thesis was to determine the usage and development steps of a new operations management system for Sataservice-Yhtymä Ltd. and its subsidiaries to meet the customer’s needs. The thesis is also attached with the related introduction documents.

The condition for the introduction of a new production and planning control system is to study the way the existing systems and practices can be connected to the new system, e.g. what improvements are achieved by the new system, and can be attached to a new economic system for production control, as well as the manner in which it is realized. A new ERP system includes maintenance scheduling and monitoring, retention of customers’ machine card files, as well as feeding their maintenance instructions into the system, entering billing information and recycling it through the system.

Other possible future add-on features are, the payroll system integration, the entries by the customer's representative on the service and feedback for the service.

The thesis was started in the autumn of 2012, and the work took until November 2013. C-Care production planning system was developed as early as the spring of 2011 by Cieltum Ltd. The new system has encountered many problems with the software from the very beginning.

This system is already partly in use at Sataservice Ltd. and its customers. To have the new working ERP system in use in the entire company is a good reference to possible new customers, who require tracking and exact information, about their machinery.
