Desibeliovien asennuksen suunnittelu ja toteutus : Leppävaaran terveysasema

Abstract

Opinnäytetyö koottiin pääurakoitsijan näkökulmasta, joka auttaa työnjohtajaa ohjaamaan ja valvomaan töitä. Kohteena käytettiin Rakennus Oy Antti J. Aholan urakkaa Leppävaaran terve-ysasemalla.

Ovien ja niiden sähköasennuksien suunnitteluun osallistuu useita urakoitsijoita ja suunnittelijoita, joten lopputuloksen kannalta on tärkeä, että suunnitelmat ovat sovitettu yhteen. Työjärjes-tyksessä on riippuvuuksia, jotka on otettava huomioon asennuksessa. Myös muut rakennustyöt rytmittävät asennusta.

Opinnäytetyössä esitetään ovien ja sähkölaitteiden asennuksen suunnittelun vaiheita ja siihen tarvittavia suunnitelmia, urakkasisältöjä, asennusten järjestystä, viimeistelyvaihetta ja takuutöitä. Työssä kootaan esimerkkejä asennuksen aikataulusta, prosessrikaaviosta ja malleja asennuk-sen ohjaamiseen käytettävistä dokumenteista.

This thesis was written from the main contactor’s perspective, to help supervise the work. Construction company, Antti J. Ahola’s Leppävaara health center site was used as the example.

A number of contactors and designers are involved in the installation palnning of door and their electrical system, so it is important that plans are agreed on together. There are many things in the process which must be take into account during the different process stages. Also other construction work causes problems and delay.

The thesis presents the installation of doors and their electrical systems and the necessary plans, the contents of contracts, order of the installation, the finishing phase and warranty adjustments. Examples of installation schedules, process schemes, and models of the documents of guids installation are included.
