Nowadays, digitalization plays a crucial role in the development of many fields worldwide and greatly contributes to serve humanity by providing every field with different services. Lack of digitalization in a healthcare system may cause serious consequences such as, bad management of patient’s files, untrustworthy diagnosis process and inaccurate outcomes.
The main Objective of this thesis was understanding the principles to design an application and to create a software that can be used as a tool to manage patients’ files in private clinics. This project can be used as an initial solution in countries where the healthcare systems are not digitalized or partially digitalized.
This thesis explains the important functionalities in the software developed in addition to the tools used. Three types of UML diagrams and screenshots from the final product used to visualize this project.
As a result of this thesis, the software developed can be used as an actual software to manage clinics.
