Laajan maadoituksen nykytilan kartoitus ja dokumentointi Oulun Energia Siirto ja Jakelu Oy:n jakeluverkossa

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tehdä Oulun Energia Siirto ja Jakelu Oy:lle kartoitus ja dokumentointi laajan maadoituksen nykytilasta. Kartoitus tehtiin Tekla NIS -verkkotietojärjestelmään ja dokumentointi Excel-taulukkoon.

Aihe oli hyvin ajankohtainen, koska maadoitusmittauksien dokumentointi oli hieman puutteellinen eikä ollut yhtenäistä verkkotietojärjestelmän tasoa josta olisi nähnyt ainoastaan laajaan maadoitukseen kuuluvat muuntamot. Maadoituksien tärkeyttä ja suunnittelua käsitellään opinnäytetyön teoriaosassa.

Nykytilanteen kartoitus toteutettiin Tekla NIS -verkkotietojärjestelmän avulla, josta maadoitusryhmään kuulumattomat muuntamot poistettiin. Muuntamoiden listaus Excel-taulukkoon tapahtui poimimalla muuntamot valmiista verkkotietojärjestelmän tasosta yksi kerrallaan. Opinnäytetyöprojektin aikana toteutettiin verkkotietojärjestelmään kolme eri maadoitustasoa, muuntamotaulukoita maadoitustasoista sekä ohje maadoitusryhmien valinnasta ja dokumentoinnista.

Verkostosuositusten mukaisesti verkkotietojärjestelmään tehdyt maadoitustasot ovat selkeitä ja niistä käy yksiselitteisesti ilmi muuntopiirit, jotka kuuluvat tiettyyn maadoitusryhmään. Tämä helpottaa dokumentoijien sekä suunnittelijoiden työtä kun saatavilla on aina uusin tieto. Tietojen päivittäminen on myös hyvin yksinkertaista ja helppoa sähköverkon muutosten yhteydessä. Muuntamoista tehdyt taulukot palvelevat dokumentoijien ja suunnittelijoiden lisäksi erittäin hyvin maadoitusmittauksia suorittavia henkilöitä, kun muuntamot on lueteltu fyysisen sijainnin sekä numerojärjestyksen mukaan.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis was to do a survey and documentation of current global earthing for Oulun Energia Siirto ja Jakelu Oy. Survey was done to Tekla NIS -network information system and documentation to an Excel -spreadsheet.

The subject was really topical, because the documentation of the earthing measurements was insufficient and there was no common level in the network information system with access to the transformers of global earthing only. The importance and design of the earthing are considered in the theoretic part of thesis.

The survey of the current state was carried out with Tekla NIS -network information system and the transformers outside the earthing group were excluded. Listing of the transformers into the Excel -spreadsheet was realized by picking them one- by-one from the formed level of the network information system. Three different levels of earthing, transformer spreadsheets of the earthing levels and an instruction about selecting and documenting groups of earthing were produced in the network information system during this thesis project.

According to the network recommendations, these earthing levels made in the network information system are clear and they indicate unambiguously the transformer circuits belonging to a certain earthing group. The facilitates documentation and designing because the latest information is always accessible. Updating the information is very simple when making changes to the electric network. The spreadsheets made about the transformers serve the documenting and designing as well as the persons making the earthing measurements when the transformers are listed according to the physical location and the numerical order.
