Laadunvarmistuslaboratorion testauslaitteiston hankintasuunnitelma ja laiterekisteri

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena on Würth Oy:lle perustettavan laadunvarmistuslaboratorion testauslaitteiston hankintasuunnitelman ja laiterekisterin laatiminen. Työn ensisijaisena tavoitteena oli ottaa selvää laboratoriossa tarvittavan laitteiston saatavuudesta, ominaisuuksista ja hintatasosta, sekä laitteiston ylläpitoon tarkoitetun laiterekisterin laatiminen. Työn alussa laadunvarmistusprojektia ryhdyttiin tarkastelemaan laatu-käsitteen kautta. Työssä on käsitelty laadun ja sen eri osa-alueiden terminologiaa. Lopputuloksena muodostuu kokonaisuus, jossa laadunvarmistuslaboratorion perustamisen lähtökohdat, laadun merkitys yritykselle sekä laatuun liittyvä teoria yhdistyvät luontevalla tavalla. Laajasta ja monta eri tekijää sisältävästä aihe-alueesta on pyritty kokoamaan johdonmukainen esitys. Opinnäytetyön aineistona on käytetty muun muassa laatuun ja materiaalin testaamiseen liittyvää kirjallisuutta, yrityksen sisäisiä lähteitä sekä laitetoimittajilta saatua tietoa. Laitteistoon ja sen ominaisuuksiin perehtyminen alkoi yhteydenpidosta ja tapaamisista laitetoimittajien kanssa. Tämän jälkeen käyttötarpeeseen parhaiten soveltuvista laitteista pyydettiin tarjoukset, joita myöhemmin verrattiin keskenään. Saatavilla ollut teoriatieto sekä koulusta saadut valmiudet toimivat tärkeänä tukena hankintojen suunnittelulle.

The subject of this study is the acquisition plan and equipment register of the testing equipment for the Quality Control Laboratory for Würth Oy. The primary goal of this study was to find out the availability, features and the price level of the required equipment and also to create a register for the equipment. At the beginning of this work, the quality control project was managed through the concept of quality. The concept of quality and its different areas are dealt with in this study. The purpose was to create a bigger picture which combines the baseline of a new laboratory, the importance of the quality and the theory of quality in a natural way. The aim was to create a coherent presentation from the wide topic which includes a number of different factors. The literature on quality and material testing, company’s internal sources and information obtained from the equipment suppliers have all been important material in this study. Getting familiar with the equipment and its features started practically by contacting the suppliers and later meeting them. Afterwards the requested quotations of appropriate equipment were compared to each other. Available theory related to the topic and knowledge acquired in school were the major factors in planning the acquisitions.
