ABB Oy Marinen varaosien hinnoittelu

Abstract

Tässä insinöörityössä käsiteltiin varaosien hinnoittelua. Opinnäytetyö koostuu kaikille avoimesta teoreettisesta viitekehyksestä sekä salaisesta osuudesta, joka sisältää yrityksen nykytilakartoituksen, hinnoitteluesimerkit ja kehitysehdotuksen. Insinöörityön tilaajana toimi ABB Oy Marine.

Opinnäytetyön teoriaosuus jakaantuu kahteen osaan, ensimmäisessä osassa käydään läpi varaosa ja toisessa osassa sen hinnoittelu. Varaosaosiossa pohditaan varaosan merkitystä osana jälkimarkkinoita ja sen merkitystä tilaajayrityksen laitteille. Laajemmassa hinnoitteluosiossa paneudutaan annetun tavoitteen mukaisesti kolmeen keskeiseen hinnoittelumenetelmään, kustannus-, markkina- ja arvoperusteiseen hinnoitteluun, sekä niiden vertailuun ja soveltuvuuksiin eri näkökulmista katsottuna. Osion lopun suositukset soveltuvat monenlaisten yritysten varaosien hinnoitteluun.

Insinöörityö antaa ABB Oy Marinelle harkinnan arvoisia näkökulmia varaosahinnoittelun kehittämiseksi.

This graduate study presents the development of the pricing of the marine spare parts. It consists of the theoretical part and experimental part which include studies of current state, pricing examples and proposal of the development. The study was ordered by ABB Oy Marine.

The theoretical part of the work is divided into two parts. The spare part is studied in the first section and its pricing in the second section. In the first section is discussed the meaning of spare part as part of after sales services. In addition its meaning for the service of propulsion products of ABB Oy Marine is studied. In the wider pricing section the three different pricing method are introduced and compared. The cost-based, market-based and value-based pricing methods are studied. The target of the study was to introduce these three pricing methods and propose common pricing recommendations for the company.

This study introduces several perspectives to improve spare part pricing in ABB Oy Marine.
