Ergonomia hematologian laboratoriossa

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena on ergonomia hematologian laboratoriossa. Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli kehittämistyönä selvittää bioanalyytikon työergonomiaa hematologian laboratoriossa. Työssä en käsittele valaistus- tai ääniergonomiaa. Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli selvittää kuvien avulla, millainen on bioanalyytikon ergonominen työasento hematologian laboratoriossa. Opinnäytetyön toimeksiantaja on Savonia-ammattikorkeakoulu ja tässä työssä käytettiin esimerkki laboratoriona Kotkan keskussairaalan hematologian laboratoriota. Opinnäytetyö oli kehittämistyö, jonka tuotoksena syntyi posteri. Posteriin kokosin kuvia sekä tekstiä, joiden avulla selvitin ergonomisen työskentelyasennon eri hematologian laboratorion työpisteissä. Posteriin saatu tieto on otettu opinnäytetyöhön kootun tiedon perusteella. Opinnäytetyön laatija on ottanut itse opinnäytetyössä ja posterissa käytetyt kuvat, ja vain hän esiintyy kuvissa.

Opinnäytetyö pyrkii lisäämään tietoa ergonomiasta, eli mitä se on ja kuinka se vaikuttaa, mitä yleisiä periaatteita kuuluu hyviin työskentelyasenotoihin sekä millä tavalla eri työskentelyasennot vaikuttavat kehoon. Tieto näistä asioita on tärkeää, koska hyvän ergonomian avulla on mahdollista säästää työntekijöitä monilta vaivoilta ja sairaslomilta, joita huonot työskentelyasennot voivat aiheuttaa. Posteria voidaan käyttää esimerkiksi pitämällä sitä laboratorion seinällä, jolloin se on näkyvillä ja muistuttaa työntekijöitä pitämään työskentelyasentonsa ergonomisena.

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is ergonomics in the hematology laboratory. The aim of this thesis was to find out work ergonomics of a biomedical scientist in the hematology laboratory. In this work I will not discuss the ergonomics of lighting and sound. The purpose of this thesis was to clarify with pictures, what kind of posture is ergonomic, when a biomedical scientist is working at the hematology laboratory. The orderer of this thesis is Savonia University of Applied Sciences and as an example laboratory of what was used in this work is the hematology laboratory at Kotka's hospital. This thesis was a development work, the out come of which was a poster. In this poster I collected together pictures and text, which will show and tell what kind of posture is ergonomic, at the different workplaces in the hematology laboratory. Information which is in the poster, is pois on the basis of the information collected in the thesis. The pictures which are used in the thesis and poster, have been taken by the author of this thesis and only he is shown in these pictures.

This thesis aims to improve knowledge about the ergonomics, what it is and how does it affect, what common principles are included at good working postures and how different working postures affect the body. Information about these things are important, because with good ergonomics it is possible to save workers from many discomforts and sick leaves, which bad working postures may cause. The poster can be used for example in keeping it on the wall of the laboratory, where it is displayed and reminds workers of keeping their working postures ergonomically.
