Sähköautokonversion moottorin vaurioitumisen tutkimusprosessi

Abstract

Satakunnan ammattikorkeakoulun opiskelijat rakensivat sähköauton vanhan VW Kleinbussin pohjalle. Lyhyen käytön jälkeen autoon asennettu sähkömoottori hajosi. Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena on kartoittaa syitä moottorin hajoamiseen. Tehdyt johtopäätökset perustuvat asiasta tehtyihin julkaisuihin ja asiantuntijoiden arvioihin. Tehdyt johtopäätökset ovat suuntaa antavia, kerätyn tiedon perusteella ei voi päätellä rikkoutumisen todellista syytä.

An conversion project an electric VW Kleinbus was built by the students. After a short usage the electric engine suddenly exploded. The subject of this thesis was to investigate the reasons for the damage of the electric motor installed in conversed VW Kleinbus. The conclusions presented in this thesis are based on the publications and interviews of the experteers. The conclusions made are not bullet proof, they function merely as guidelines. The actual reason for the engine break down remains a mystery.
