Selina offers a unique concept model that seeks to reach travelers and digital nomads around the world with their products and services. The research studied and analyzed their concept to understand their implementation worldwide.
The thesis had a major specialization in Marketing and the study was carried out in Portugal with qualitative and quantitative research. Exclusive interviews, high-quality literature articles, Selina resources, and more were carefully selected to share the involved questions.
The primary goal is to provide information on their brand and concept. comparing different Selina locations and focusing on two main countries. Selina found out to be the most recent and well-known brand in the hospitality industry. There was evidence that Selina is growing fast and the findings describe their performance along the way.
The conclusions showed the company’s main challenges and advantages in their concept of service, location, communication, and corporate social responsibility. Each location operates with time and perseverance to solve problems and innovate the brand.
From a personal and a business point of view the lecture leads to the experience of an innovative concept that is currently performing with success and quickness.
