Kirkkovuosi kaveriksi : Toiminnallisia kokonaisuuksia nuorteniltoihin

Abstract

Toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön päämääränä oli luoda toiminnallinen nuorteniltamateriaali, jota nuorisotyönohjaajat voivat hyödyntää työssään. Työn tarkoitus oli kehittää nuorteniltoja ja korostaa kristillisen kasvatuksen merkitystä nuorisotyössä.

Opinnäytetyön hankkeistajana toimi Oulun Hiippakunta. Saija Kronqvistin ohjauksessa toteutettiin kokonaisuus, jossa on hyödynnetty kirkon Polku-toimintamallia, jonka pohjalta ideaa on rakennettu

Työn teoriaosuudessa tutkitaan nuoruutta ikävaiheena, kirkon nuorisotyötä sekä sen historiaa, kristillistä kasvatusta, ohjaajuutta sekä perehdyttiin Polku-toimintamalliin. Lisäksi työssä perehdyttiin erilaisiin ohjauksen menetelmiin sekä erilaisiin oppijoihin. Työn toiminnallinen osuus koostuu 12 nuorteniltamateriaalista, jotka koottiin nuorille ja nuorisotyönohjaajille tarkoitetun kyselyn pohjalta. Nuorteniltamateriaaleissa huomioitiin Polku-toimintamallin ikäkausi jaottelu sekä tavoitteet.

The purpose of the functional thesis was to create a functional youth evening material collection that youth workers can use in their work. The Idea was to develop youth evenings and to emphasize the meaning of Christian education in youth work

The commissioner of this thesis work is The Diocese of Oulu. With Saija Kronqvist is guidance. An entity of materials was put together based on the functional mode Polku of the church.

The theoretical part of the thesis discusses youth as a stage or period of age, the youth work of the church with its history, the Christian upbringing, and being an instructor of the youths. In addition the thesis work, discusses the functional mode Polku of the church as well as different kinds of methods of instructing and various learners. The functional section of this thesis work consists of the twelve youth evening materials. Materials were collected on the basis of the inquiry directed to the youths and their instructors. In the youth evening material have been taken into account the classification and ambitions of life stages in the functional mode Polku we taken into accont.
