Yksityisen kotihoitoyrityksen perustamissuunnitelma

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli laatia oman yrityksen liiketoimintasuunnitelma ja tehdä suunnitelma yrityksen laadunmittauksesta. Tavoitteena oli suunnitella yritys valmiiksi siihen asti, että seuraava vaihe on yritystoiminnan käynnistäminen. Yritystoiminnan käynnistäminen ei enää sisältynyt opinnäytetyöhön. Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin kehittämistehtävänä vuoden 2007-2008 aikana. Opinnäytetyö koostuu oman yrittäjäprofiilin kartoituksesta, liiketoimintasuunnitelmasta ja yritystoiminnan laadun mittauksen suunnittelusta. Opinnäytetyön teoriaosa koostuu hyvinvointialan yrittäjyyden nykyhetken sekä yrityksen perustamisen vaiheistuksiin liittyvien kohtien tarkastelusta. Opinnäytetyössä käydään tarkasti läpi kotihoitoyritys Iltatähden suunniteltu liiketoimintasuunnitelma. Opinnäytetyön toteutettiin projektina. Aineistot koostuivat kirjallisuudesta sekä tutkimuksista. Tietoa terveydenhoitoalan yrittäjyydestä kerättiin kyselylomakkeella yhdeltä yrittäjältä. Saatua tietoa sovellettiin jo olemassa olevaan tietoon sekä omaan toimintatapaan. Omaa yrittäjäprofiilia kartoitettiin yrittäjätestin kautta. Opinnäytetyön tuloksena syntyi yksityisen kotihoitoyritys Iltatähden liiketoimintasuunnitelma, jonka pohjalta yritystoiminta voidaan käynnistää. Vanhusväestön määrä lisääntyy tulevaisuudessa, joka tuo esille tarpeen yksityisten yritysten panoksesta tarjota hyvinvointialan palveluja tulevaisuudessa. Yrityksen laadukkaasti tuottama palvelu on tärkeää ja asiakaslähtöistä yritystoimintaa korostetaan. Opinnäytetyön tuotoksena on syntynyt yrityksen laatua painottava suunnitelma.

The objective of the work for the thesis was to draw up a business plan for the author’s own business and to make a plan for quality measurement of the business. The objective was that the business plan would reach a state of readiness such that the next stage would be to start business operations. Starting business operations was not to be part of the work for the thesis. The work for the thesis was carried out as a development task during the year 2007-2008. The work for the thesis was made up of mapping out the author’s own profile as an entrepreneur, the business plan and planning the quality measurements of the business operations. The theory section of the work for the thesis consists of an examination of current entrepreneurship in the field of wellbeing and the factors associated with the phases of establishing a business. The thesis closely examines the business plan for the Evening Star home care company. The work for the thesis was carried out as a project. Material was collected from the literature and from research. Information regarding entrepreneurship in the health care sector was gathered through a questionnaire from one entrepreneur. The information acquired was applied to existing knowledge and to the author’s own operating approach. The author’s own profile as an entrepreneur was mapped out via an entrepreneur test. The result of the work for the thesis was a business plan for a private home care company, Evening Star, on which basis business operations could start. The number of elderly in the population will increase in the future which brings to the fore the need for private companies’ investment in providing wellbeing services in the future. It is important that a company provides a quality service, and customer orientation in business operations is emphasised. The output from the work for the thesis is a business plan that is weighted towards quality.
