Logiikan Vaihto Hartsintäyttöradalle

Abstract

Tämä työ tehtiin Evox Rifa Oy:n Suomussalmen tehtaalle. Työn aiheena oli ohjelmoida hartsintäyttöradalle vaihdettava uusi logiikka. Hartsintäyttörata poistaa kondensaattoreista oikosulut ja täyttää kondensaattorin kotelon ja käämin välin hartsilla. Työ toteutettiin kahdessa vaiheessa johtuen hartsintäyttöradan rakenteesta. Hartsintäyttörata on jakaantunut esipolttopäähän ja hartsintäyttöpäähän. Ensimmäisessä vaiheessa toteutettiin hartsintäyttöpään logiikkaohjauksen uusiminen ja toisessa vaiheessa esipolttopään logiikkaohjauksen uusiminen. Hartsintäyttöradalle vaihdettiin entisten kahden logiikan tilalle yksi yhteinen logiikka radan molemmille päille. Työn tuloksena saatiin hartsintäyttörata toimimaan halutulla tavalla uuden logiikan ohjauksen alaisena. Työ saatiin tehtyä insinöörityön aikataulun puitteissa.

This final year project was done for Evox Rifa Oy, Suomussalmi. The purpose of the project was to change the logic in the filling line of resin. The filling line of resin eliminates short circuits of condensators, and it fills the gap between the package of the condensator and the coil by resin. The filling line of resin includes two separate parts which are the fore-burning end and the resin-filling end. The project was carried out in two parts. The first part of the project was to change the logic control of the resin filling end, and the second part was to change the logic control of the foreburning end. Two logics of the filling line of resin were replaced by one common logic for both the parts. The result of the project is a properly functioning logic control. This final year project was carried out in the required timetable.
