Mekaanikon työpanoksen hyödyntäminen laskutuksessa

Abstract

Laskutuksen nopeutumisen tärkeys on kasvanut 2000-luvulla yhdeksi tärkeimmäksi kriteeriksi raskaankaluston korjaamoilla. Tämän opinnäytetyön päämääränä oli luoda toimiva mekaanikkoryhmä, joka osaa esitäyttää työmääräimen laskuttamista varten. Opinnäytetyö tehtiin yhteistyössä Volvo Truck Centerin Tampereen toimipisteen kanssa. Työmääräinten esitäyttämisen on todettu Ruotsin Volvolla nopeuttavan laskuttamista. Mekaanikkoryhmään valittiin tarkoilla kriteereillä neljä mekaanikkoa, joille opetettiin GDS-Fusion-ohjelman käyttöä. Laskutuksen nopeutumista mitattiin työnjohtajien henkilökohtaisten haastattelujen avulla. Työstä on poistettu salassapidettävää tietoa.

Tulokseksi saatiin, että työmääräinten esitäyttäminen nopeutti laskuttamista. Työnjohtajat olivat yhtä mieltä siitä, että tällaisesta kokeilusta on hyötyä. Mekaanikot kokivat kokeilun onnistuneeksi ja se kohotti heidän työmoraaliaan.

Opinnäytetyön tuloksia ei voida pitää objektiivisina, koska ne perustuvat työnjohtajien mielipiteisiin. Jatkossa kun mekaanikkoryhmän kokoa suurenetaan, tuloksia pystytään mittaamaan objektiivisemmin ja saamaan näin luotettavammat tulokset. Kokeilua on tarkoitus jatkaa ja viimeistellä vieläkin paremmaksi. Opinnäytetyö antaa kuitenkin hyvät pohjatiedot mekaanikkojen hyödyntämisestä laskuttamisessa tässä yrityksessä.

The importance of the speed of the invoicing has increased to be the one most important criterion at the truck repair workshops in the 2000's. The goal of this thesis was to create the functional mechanic group, which can precomplete the work orders. This thesis was made in cooperation with the Tampere workshop of Volvo Truck Center. This method has been founded to be efficient way to increase the invoicing speed in Volvo trucks of Sweden. Four mechanics to whom the use of the GDS-Fusion program was taught were chosen to the mechanic group with the exact criteria. The acceleration of the invoicing was measured with the help of the foremen's interviews. Confidential information has been removed from the thesis.

The result of this thesis was that the precompleting of work orders increased the speed of invoicing. The foremen agreed on the fact that there is an advantage from this kind of an experiment. The mechanics regarded the experiment as succeeded and it raised their work ethic.

The results of this thesis cannot be considered objective, because they are based on the foremen's opinions. In future, the size of the mechanic group will be increased. After that the results can be measured more objectively and it is possible to obtain more reliable results. This experiment will be fine-tuned and continued in the future. However, this thesis gives good basic knowledge about the using of mechanic's work contribution in invoicing in this company.
