dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals mainly with the influence of digitalization in recruitment. To be more precise, it is about how digital resources and social media have been integrated into the process of recruitment. The objective of the thesis is to analyze the benefits and risks of using social media as a tool in the recruiting process. This objective can be achieved by fulfilling the following tasks: (1) to depict the importance of social media, (2) to describe social media in the process of recruiting with special attention to recruiting itself, its objectives and the process of selection, (3) to depict the usage of social media in the recruiting including its benefits and risks.-
