| dc.description.abstract | This paper discusses the impact of higher education teachers’ self-efficacy on the use of educational
technologies. It addresses the measures educational institutions can take to strengthen their teachers’
self-efficacy in the use of ICT while levelling up their digi-pedagogical competencies. The theoretical
part reviews articles and literature related to the topic. The empirical part of the paper presents
suggestions for a strengthening teachers’ self-efficacy, based on research findings and experiences
gained in faculty training in digital pedagogy. | |
