3D-mallikatselmusohjeen kehittäminen

Abstract

Tämän insinöörityön tavoitteena oli kehittää Sweco Finland Oy:n laitossuunnitteluosaston työntekijöiden käyttöön 3D-mallikatselmusohje, jonka tarkoitus on helpottaa ja yhtenäistää 3D-mallikatselmusten läpivientiä ja dokumentointia. Ohje koottiin yrityksen sisäistä materiaalia, standardeja ja ohjeistuksia, asiantuntijoiden kokemusta sekä yleistä tietoa ja aineistoa hyödyntäen. Työssä perehdyttiin asiakasyrityksen liiketoimintaan ja liiketoiminta-alueisiin, 3D-mallinnukseen ja -mallikatselmuksiin laitossuunnittelussa sekä toiminta- ja työohjeiden ominaisuuksiin ja kehittämisen vaiheisiin. Insinöörityön tuloksena syntyi 3D-mallikatsemusohje, joka käsittelee mallinnuksen työlaajuutta 3D-malleissa, mallikatselmuksessa tarkasteltavia asioita suunnittelualoittain sekä mallikatselmusten valmistelua, järjestäjän tai järjestäjien tehtäviä ja mallikatselmuksen dokumentointia. Ohje viimeistellään ja tarkastetaan, minkä jälkeen se lisätään yrityksen sisäiseen tietokantaan kaikkien Swecon asiantuntijoiden käytettäväksi.

The aim of this thesis was to develop a 3D model review manual for the employees of Sweco Finland Oy's plant engineering department, to facilitate and attempt to standardize the conduct and documentation of 3D model reviews. The manual was compiled using internal company material, standards and guidelines, the experience of experts and general information and material. For the thesis, the business operations and business areas of the client company, 3D modelling and model reviews in plant design, as well as the characteristics and development stages of operating and working instructions were examined. The result of the thesis was a 3D model review manual, which covers the scope of work for modeling with 3D models, the issues to be considered in a model review by different design areas, the preparation of model reviews, the tasks of the organizer(s) and the documentation of the model review. The manual will be finalized and reviewed, after it will be added to the company's internal database for the use of all Sweco experts.
