Asentajan työtä tukevien toimintojen analysointi

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tehdä tutkimus valmistuksessa toimivien asentajien työajan jakautumisesta apuajan ja jalostavan työajan välillä sekä tuottaa tarvittavat kehitysehdotukset asennuskapasiteetin nostamiseksi. Työn tilaaja oli Patria Land Services Oy. Työ aloitettiin tekemällä nykytila-analyysi, jonka perusteella nähtiin, mitkä asiat vaativat kehitystoimenpiteitä. Nykytila-analyysin tulokset kerättiin pääosin haastattelemalla yrityksessä työskenteleviä henkilöitä.

Nykytila-analyysillä saatiin selville suuntaa antava kuva työajan jakautumisesta. Tuloksista kävi ilmi tarve tuotannon kehittämiselle. Kehitystoimenpiteitä olivat ylimääräisten töiden siirtäminen pois asentajilta sekä työtä hidastaviin tekijöihin puuttumisen jakaminen muille ryhmille.

Kehitystyöllä saatiin aikaiseksi hyvä laskennallinen jalostavan työajan kasvu. Lisäksi saavutettiin hyvä taloudellinen hyöty kehitystoimenpiteille. Työssä annettiin myös mahdolliset jatkokehitysideat, joiden tarkoituksena oli tuotannon tehostaminen ja asentajien töiden helpottaminen.

Työ oli tulosten ja kehitysehdotuksien osalta luottamuksellinen. Luottamuksellinen osuus työstä on tämän työn liitteinä, eikä niitä toimiteta julkisen työn mukana.

The purpose of this thesis was to conduct a research considering the working time distribution of mechanics who work on the production line. The task was to find out the distribution between assisting and productive working time and come up with desired suggestions to improve installing capacity. The thesis was done for Patria Land Services Ltd. For starters we had to do an analysis of the current situation from which we could see, which things were in need of improvements. The results of the analysis were gathered mostly by interviewing the people working in the company.

With the help of the analysis of the current situation, we were able to get an approximate view of the working time distribution. We could see from the results that there was a need for improvement. The result for the unveiled problems was to distribute the excessive work from the mechanics to other groups working in the company.

With the improvement suggestions, we were able to get positive calculated results of the rise of the productive working time and a satisfying economical benefit. One part of the work was to provide ideas for development in the future. The purpose of those ideas was to improve productivity and facilitate the work of the mechanics.

All the results and improvement suggestions provided in this thesis were considered confidential. The confidential part of this thesis was provided in appendices, which will not be published in the pubic version.
