Lasten hoitoelvytys

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön aiheena oli lasten hoitoelvytys sairaanhoitajaopiskelijoille. Aiheessa käsiteltiin elottomuuteen johtavia syitä, erityispiirteitä, hoitoelvytystä sekä välittömiä toimenpiteitä elvytyk-sen jälkeen. Toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön idea muodostui opiskelujen aikana käypähoitosuosi-tusten muutoksien seurauksena.

Opinnäytetyön video-osuuden lisäksi tehtiin myös Power-Point esitys, jonka materiaali sisältyi videoon. Sisällön materiaali perustui teoriatietoon, johon perehdyimme lähteiden kautta. Opetus-videon tavoitteena oli parantaa sairaanhoitajien tietämystä lasten hoitoelvytyksen tekniikoista ja erityispiirteistä.

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa video opetuskäyttöön Oulun ammattikorkeakoululle sairaanhoitajaopiskelijoille. Videon sisältö kohdistui erityisesti 8-vuotiaiden hoitoelvytykseen. Sisällössä mainitaan hoitoelvytys alle 1-vuotiaista 16-vuotiaisiin, josta olemme rajanneet vastasyntyneet pois.

The thesis theme was child resuscitation for nurse students. The theme covered the causes of special characteristics and immediate measures after resuscitation. The idea for functional thesis was formed during the studies in connection to changes in current care recommendations. In addition to the functional video, the thesis includes a Power-Point presentation inside the con-tent of the video. The material was based on theoretical knowledge. The aim of the instructional video is for nurse students to acknowledge the techniques and special features of CPR for chil-dren.

The purpose of the thesis is to produce a video for teaching use at Oulu University of Applied Sciences for nursing students. This video is focused especially on the resuscitation of 8-year-old and mentions children under 1 year – 16 years. We have excluded newborns.
