Työhyvinvointi osana johtamista

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa opetusmateriaalia Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulun liiketalouden koulutusohjelman kurssille Henkilöstöjohtaminen ja työyhteisön hyvinvointi. Tämän toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön prosessia ohjasi toimeksiantajan antama kohderyhmä eli Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulun liiketalouden opiskelijat, sillä prosessin kaikissa vaiheissa haluttiin huomioida opiskelijalähtöisyys. Työn tavoitteena oli relevantin oppimaterimateriaalin tuottaminen niin, että se palvelisi pedagogisesti eri tavoin oppivia opiskelijoita ja tukisi kurssin osaamistavoitteiden täyttymistä.

Työn toimeksiantajana toimi Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulu, josta yhdyshenkilönä toimi kurssin vastuuopettaja Minna Lahnaoja. Työ tuotti muodoltaan teoreettisen raporttiosuuden, joka sisälsi tekstisisällön lisäksi graafisia kuvia ja kuvioita. Kirjallisen raportin liitteeksi lisättiin opetusmateriaali, joka tuotettiin PowerPoint muotoon.

Tämän opinnäytetyön liitteenä oleva opetusmateriaali on rakenteeltaan kirjallista raporttia käytännönläheisempi ja siinä pyrittiin huomioimaan käytännönläheisyys myös asian lähestymistavassa. Opetusmateriaali on laadittu niin, että se tukisi niin visuaalisesti kuin auditiivisesti erilaisia oppimistyylejä. Lisäksi opetusmateriaali tarjoaa opiskelijalla mahdollisuuden syventyä aiheeseen erilaisten lisämateriaalien kautta sekä mahdollistaa oppimisen erilaisten oppimis- ja pohdintatehtävien kautta.

Toimeksiantajan tarve täytettiin tuottamalla tilaajalle opetukseen soveltuvaa ja pedagogisesti relevanttia opetusmateriaalia työhyvinvoinnista osana johtamista. Opetusmateriaalin suunnittelussa ja toteutuksessa huomioitiin sen kohderyhmä, jotta materiaali palvelisi haluttua kohderyhmää tarkoituksenmukaisesti. Opetusmateriaalin haluttiin palvelevan toimeksiantajaa mahdollisimman pitkäaikaisesti, joten se toimitettiin Tampereen ammattikorkeakoululle myös muokattavassa muodossa, jotta sen päivittäminen onnistuisi tarpeen sitä vaatiessa.

The purpose of this thesis was to produce learning materials for the Tampere University of Applied Sciences' business administration program, specifically focusing on Personnel Management and the well-being of the working community. The process of this functional thesis was guided by the target group given by the client, i.e., the business students at the Tampere University of Applied Sciences, because in all stages of the process it was wanted to consider the student orientation. The goal of the thesis was to produce relevant learning material in such a way that it would pedagogically serve students who learn in different ways and support the fulfillment of the competence goals of the course.

The course teacher responsible, Minna Lahnaoja, acted as the supervisor. The thesis resulted in a practical report, which was a combination of texts, graphic images, and patterns. The learning material that was produced has been added as an appendix to the written report, which was produced in PowerPoint format.

The accompanying learning materials for this thesis are designed with a more practical structure compared to the written report, emphasizing practicality in addressing the subject matter. They have been crafted to accommodate various learning styles, both visually and auditorily. Furthermore, the learning materials provide students with the opportunity to explore the topic more comprehensively through diverse supplementary materials and facilitate learning through various tasks involving reflection and active engagement.

The client's requirements were addressed by creating educational materials tailored for teaching, specifically aligned with the client’s pedagogical needs regarding workplace well-being as an integral aspect of management. During the planning and implementation of the learning material, careful consideration was given to the target audience, ensuring that the content would be relevant and effective for the intended group. To maximize the longevity of the learning materials and offer the client flexibility, they were delivered to Tampere University of Applied Sciences in an editable format, allowing for updates as needed.
