Ensiapuopas jalkapallotapahtumaan

Abstract

Tämän toiminnallisen opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tuottaa ensiapuopas TAT International Cup-jalkapallotapahtumassa työskentelevien järjestäjien ja vapaaehtoisten käyttöön. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tuottaa tapahtumassa työskenteleville toimintaohjeet ensiapua vaativiin tilanteisiin ja parantaa ensiapupisteessä toimivien ensiapuvalmiutta. Tavoitteena oli myös, että tapahtuman järjestäjät voivat hyödyntää tuotettua opasta tapahtumaan osallistuvien vapaaehtoisten perehdytyksessä.

TAT International Cup on vuosi vuodelta kasvava tapahtuma ja toimeksiantaja halusi kehittää sitä järjestelmällisemmäksi. Oppaalle oli tarvetta, koska heillä ei ollut ennestään sellaista käytössä, ja jalkapalloilussa loukkaantuminen on yleistä. Osaavien ensiapuhenkilöiden osallisuus tapahtumassa on merkittävää tapahtuman maineen ja sujuvuuden kannalta. Se myös vähentää ulkopuolisen ensiavun käyttötarvetta.

Opinnäytetyön teoriaosuus kirjoitettiin kokoamalla jalkapalloilussa yleisimpien vammojen syntymekanismit, oireet ja ensiapu. Niiden lisäksi kerrottiin tajuttomuudesta, elottomuudesta ja elvytyksestä. Teksti perustui uusimpaan näyttöön perustuvaan tietoon. Opas koottiin tiivistämällä teoriaosuudesta ensiapuohjeet ja lisäämällä ensiapuhenkilöstön tehtävät, ensiapulaukun sisältö ja tarvittavat yhteystiedot. Opasta on käytetty tähän mennessä kahtena kesänä ja se on koettu hyödylliseksi ja tarpeelliseksi.

Oppaan jatkotutkimusaiheina ovat käytettävyyden parantaminen ja oppaan hyödyntäminen jo vapaaehtoisten koulutusvaiheessa.

The purpose of this functional thesis was to produce a first aid guide for the organizers and volunteers working at the TAT International Cup football event. The objective of the thesis was to produce operating instructions for those working in the event for situations requiring first aid and to improve the first aid readiness of those working at the first aid station. The purpose was also that the organizers of the event could use the produced guide in the orientation of the volunteers participating in the event.

The TAT International Cup is an event that grows every year and the commissioner wanted to develop it more systematically. There was a need for a guide because the commissioner did not have one in use before, and injuries are common in football. The participation of competent first aiders in the tournament is significant in terms of the reputation and smoothness of the event. It also reduces the need to use external first aid.

The theory section of the thesis was written around the themes of the mechanisms of occurrence, symptoms and first aid of the most common injuries in football. In addition to them, unconsciousness, lifelessness and resuscitation were reported. The section was based on the latest evidence-based information. The guide was compiled by summarizing the first aid instructions from the theoretical section by adding the tasks of the first aid personnel, the contents of the first aid kit and the necessary contact information. The guide has been used for two summers so far and it has been found to be useful and necessary.

Further research topics for the guide include improving usability and using the guide already in the training phase of the volunteers.
